Despite the fact that this location is cleaner/sunnier than most Ive seen and VERY close to my office, I will no longer be eating here and will be steering my co-workers elsewhere from now on, too. I dont know if the sandwich artists are new, but I heard two customers before me request more lettuce, and then I had to do the same. Despite the fact that my sandwich had no meat OR cheese (Im a vegan), they were much stingier with the veggie fillings than any Subway Ive visited before. The sandwich felt completely empty -- it was mostly just bread with about a dime-size squirt of sauce, about a dozen shreds of lettuce, and only two or three banana peppers, pickles, cucumbers, etc. I can confidently say I received less than HALF the amount of fillings I usually do, and the fillings were my entire meal. The signs posted say that you get four servings of vegetables on a footlong with all the fixings... but thats definitely not true for this Subway. I doubt I even got one full serving. The sandwich line was also very confusing; I had to list my veggies twice, the second time speaking over another customer who was also attempting to do the same thing, and both employees were reaching over and under each other to get the fillings. Employee #1 asked me what veggies I wanted before the customer in front of me had a chance, and when that customers sandwich came out of the oven, the same employee stopped working on mine and began taking her order. At this point, employee #2 asked me what I wanted again, and while I attempted to speak at the exact same time as the other customer, employee #2 started reaching under her co-workers arms to grab what few veggies she gave me. The whole operation was shockingly inefficient and not at all up to the standards that Subway usually meets. To top it all off, I found small slices of bacon from the knife used to cut my footlong in half. Not only did they not wash the knife or switch it out, they didnt even bother to notice or remove the meat that was still stuck to it. I know I can request for them to switch, but I didnt see the bacon on it until it was too late.. Also, I didnt get a single napkin in the bag with my sandwich, and there were zero napkins to be found in the dining area, counter, and condiment station. I usually get a huge handful of them without even asking, and while I dont expect that every time, I do expect at least ONE! Im not hard to please, and I rarely if ever go out of my way to criticize a place of business, but this was so above-and-beyond awful that I felt the need to say something. Hopefully the young women behind the counter will learn the appropriate portion sizes (and the hygiene procedures that surely mustve been included in their training), but I wont risk wasting my money and lunch hour again on a barely-there, contaminated sandwich.

By far the BEST Subway Ive ever been to! They are open until 11pm which was a life saver from the other dreadful fast food chains I could have eaten at. Even though I came in 10 minutes before they closed the gentleman working was very professional and made me a sandwich I had never had before, but Im glad he did because it was honestly the best sandwich Ive ever had from Subway. Perfect amount of toppings, toasted just right, everything was fresh, and I left a very happy, and full, customer. I will definitely be coming back to this specific Subway from now on regardless that there are other subways closer to me. Thank you for the great meal and experience!!

I frequent Subway every week multiple times and have been to this Subway on three occasions. Every time I have walked out of there thinking what a horribly run Subway. Its obvious that the owner pinches every penny to the extreme and to the point that it affects the customer experience. They are extremely stingy with the vegetables and even when you ask for more you get an attitude along with a couple of extra vegetables. On two occasions I went there in the morning and the bread was obviously recycled from the previous day and wasnt fresh at all. I love Subway but despise this location. I have walked through their door for the last time.

The food tasted the same as any subway does, the staff was not very friendly and they refused to give me buffalo sauce for my chicken breast sandwich. Every subway i have ever been to always has the sauce in a bottle ready to go. The person that said she was the manager despite her unprofessional way of addressing me said it took too long to put it in a bottle and the bag that it came was too hard to put it in a bottle. I digress every other subway in several states have it ready to go, its seems like a bs excuse to me. I will not go back mainly because of the poor service, but also because I know I cannot get the food that I want there.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6in Steak and cheese untoasted. She repeated it back to me and asked me what did I want on it after it came out of the toaster. I had to tell her again, I did not want it toasted. When I got home and opened the wrapper, the bread was stale and crumbling, it was flat with barely any meat on it. I did not get my moneys worth. Ive been to numerous Subway locations, but this the absolute worse.

Every time I go there has been different people. Which 90% of the time they clearly dont like their job. Today I was rushed out. The guy who cashed me out didnt give me my change back. He just took my coupon, told me what I was allowed and took my payment. Not very friendly. Some people who work there are pretty nice and social, others not so much. Customer service plays a big part of business.

Very rude and unprofessional miserable cashier at the drive thru. You could tell she hated her job and doesnt do well with customer service. The lady looked like the manager and has short hair. Very unpleasant lady.

Didnt make the sandwich as ordered. Had cucumber a that were not ordered. No American cheese s ordered. Messy cut in halving sandwich. Didnt wrap two halves separately as asked.

The lady taking our order wasnt too friendly, the only thing she said was "cheese?" during our entire order. And then the egg whites were cold in the center still :(

this is an excellent subway! the person working the drive thru couldnt have been nicer! It was probably the best sandwich Ive ever had made. 10/10 would eat agian

The employees are always very polite and accurate with my order. As a bonus this subway has a drive thru!
