Ive been ordering the same thing for years, and lately it has not tasted the same. I chalked it up to people mixing it wrong the first couple of times, but today the owner made it. When I questioned if the mixture had changed she told me no and that she definitely mixed it right with lots of attitude. Im only giving her two stars because she replaced it with something else, but her attitude needs to be reigned in with customers. Im really not inclined to return as the one thing they have that other places dont is no longer any good.

My family and I only have ice cream cakes to celebrate birthdays. For the longest time, we would get the Carvel cakes from Wal-Mart. They always tasted funny but we didnt know where else to go to get a good ice cream cake. Well, thank you Jesus that Dairy exists. This location in particular is the one we go to, since it the local location. The ice cream is always fresh. The cakes even have the chocolate crisps that I love. Oh, if you are the one going, be sure to pick up a cone for yourself, since you deserve it.

I can and cant be a big fast food person. This is nerby my home so Ive been many times. Consistently incorrect orders at the drive-thru. Im all about second chances—theyve taken them all up. Last incorrect order was completely wrong and had ranch on it which I do not eat. I called it in and when I went to get my replacement, yes they did replace it. They had a grudge about it. There is no customer service here and there is no quality of service. Take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE! i went to this dairy queen on Sat to get a birthday cake for my son. The larger cakes looked like they had melted and been refrozen. The guy said it was fine. it was not. It tastes terrible. Like old ice cream or freezer burn. The girl who was at the register was rude AND her nails looked like fungus. Yuck!

They hire a bunch of teenage punks at minimum wage who provide lousy customer service. Their food is worse than McDonalds for almost twice the price. (McDonalds employees are more customer servicefriendly as well!) I suggest you go buy some Edys Icecream to serve to your family and skip this Dq trainwreck.

No more $5/6 meals. Fries had a blonde curly hair in them. Burger came with extras not requested. Took them back and replacements were not hot---about luke warm. Ran out of diet Cola. Just a bad experience all around.

The worst service I have ever seen I felt like they were doing me a favor to wait on my family.I can not imagine what would of happen if you had a complaint or a problem.I am sure it is my last DQ from this place

The "woman" @ DT was very rude then couldnt even say sorry or anything when they failed to give me everything I ordered. (Just a chix strip basket w drink) ill gladly take my money elsewhere next time!

Very slow. Its not me being impatient. Its not 5 minutes slow, its that they take 10-15 minutes to get your order ready. Every time I come here I hate it more. NEVER get what I ask for.
