To say that this was a great Panda Express location to eat would definitely be a joke. I would also say to those who ate here and said it was great had not obviously had or know what real authentic chinese food is supposed to taste like especially if youre talking about Panda Express in particular (This franchise is 10x better on the westcoast than it is here) I happen to go on a day off and was curious to try this place since it was one of the very few Panda Express available here in Ohio especially in the area. To get to the point the food I had was awful and mind you it hadnt been open for the day for almost an hour!. The chow mein (noodles) had a strong overly-burned/scorched taste to it & it was nearly so-dry and what was supposedly beijing beef also was horrible. The fried rice was also awful as if it was just warmed up etc. The staff there was young adults who basically were like high-schoolers but dont get me wrong they were friendly BUT it doesnt make up for the food they served!. Overall I dont know if I had went on a bad day or if that was the norm there BUT what I do know is when a person comes to a place especially for the first time its supposed to make a first good impression definitely when it comes down to the food. I started to go back to the front counter to complain since basically what I paid for I ended up throwing away (& that was a first for a person like me who loves to eat so I know what its supposed to taste like since Ive ate at quite a few Panda Expresss & never had a disappointment lol!). It was a good thing I had a small bag of Doritos to eat instead. I hope this review helps as far as your decision-to-make etc but for me personally I would never go back here again because Ive actually had much better.

First let me say that the staff have always been nice here and I like that you can sample before you buy. However if you are looking for "good chinese" this isnt really the place to get it. They are okay for a fast food/drive through chinese place I suppose but I am not blown away by the flavors, or quality of the meat (basically chicken nuggets in asian inspired sauces). The noodles have no flavor and the vegetables also dont taste great/arent cooked well. I like that a lot of the dishes have a lot of vegetables because I love vegetables, but others may not like this. Best dishes Ive had are the Orange Chicken, and SweetFire Chicken Breast. I also feel the price is a little too high for what you get. Its good if you are looking for something quick but not authentic. If they would work on their noodles, vegetables, and making the sauces taste a bit better, I think I could really like this place. As it stands though I just dont really enjoy it a whole lot.

Im SO glad theres a panda in town! I missed it desperately and when my bestie and I happened by it on our way to target we where bouncing in our seats with excitement haha. We took a lunch date there, the staff was very kind, quick, and let us sample some newer flavors. I am a lover of orange chicken and Beijing beef, this time I got the beef and firecracker chicken. The chicken may have had a bit too many extra peppers but lets me real I couldnt eat all of it anyways, also they could have put a bit more beef, but again it worked out in my favor. I judge whether to go back to a panda based on their Beijing beef and these guys did a great job, not dried out and crumbly, but perfect. The sitting area was mostly clean with the exception of one table but the place was busy so they may not have had time to clean it yet. Either way, Ill be coming back soon!

I have been here a vast number of times, and my experiences have been 90% great. Equal opportunity employers always score points with me, and other than having dry food on small occasions when I go there at the end of the night, food has been good. A plate with 2 items stuffs me into guilt, so those complaining about portion sizes, I am not sure where that is coming from. Not a fan of all their recipes, but their orange chicken, Angus/asparagus, Beijing and honey walnut shrimp are all great and keep me coming with some variety. Noodles are a bit heavy on the cabbage, but otherwise no complaints. Would have given 4.5 stars but the place gets 5 for their diversity and fun attitudes with new staff

Its a beautiful location, brand new. Like wise, so are the staff. The food is actually really good compared to other Panda Express locations Ive been to. The reason for the low rating is this place is slower than frozen molasses catching a ride on a tortoise. Every time I go through the drive thru, Im told to "wait a moment" which usually ends up being 2 or 3 minutes. Then I can order. Then I wait another 2 or 3 minutes for the cars in front to get their food. Hopefully management learns how to have them pick up the pace because it might be faster to go to a real Chinese location further away.

THE PROBLEMS HERE ARE MANY ! SO LETS START. #1 POOR MANAGEMENT #2 DELIBERATELY SLOW SKATING EMPLOYEES # 3 UNCLEAN TABLES #4 POOR QUALITY CHICKEN THOUGH THE REST OF THE FOOD IS PRETTY DECENT. LOOK AT THE OVERALL RATING OF THIS PLACE. THIS IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. THE SERVING LINE IS OFTEN OUT OF FOOD AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT WHILE THEY MAKE MORE. CLUE : YOU DONT WAIT UNTIL THE BOWL IS EMPTY TO TELL THE COOKS YOU NEED MORE. YOU ORDER WHEN ITS HALF FULL. I BELIEVE THE EMPLOYEES DO THIS ON PURPOSE SO YOULL GET PISSED AND LEAVE. MANAGEMENT IS AFRAID TO SAY BOO TO THEM !

been there three times. the wait has been 15 minutes everytime. have not experienced this at other locations. wont be going back. gave them the benefit of doubt first time since they were new. nothing has changed. employees switch roles too much and dont know whats going on, very disorganized. food bins too small and cant keep up with demand so there is a constant wait for food. food is not that good, had better food at other locations out of state. each employee should have a specific role on the line and not switch like they do at chipotle.

Do NOT EAT HERE! About a month ago after I ate from here I got a patch ON MY TONGUE and had no idea where it came from. I went to my DR and she had no idea what it was. So I decided to not repeat what I did that day so I can pin point what It was. It has been more than a month and it never reappeared. I ate Panda yesterday again since then and look at what I woke up with (see attached photo)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL EAT HERE AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE ELSE KNOW. Not great at all!! This Panda Express location and including the one on the eastside are both horrible ( the problem is the staff does not know how to cook good Panda Express exactly how its supposed to taste and to be done, and whoever here said this was good clearly dont eat real Chinese food and most of all had not experienced Pandas Express on the westcoast) To make a long story short what I do know is theres another Chinese food place exactly at the shoppes outside strip which is 10x better than this
