If I could give them ZERO stars I would... There are simple things that anyone who has worked in the food industry knows, they apparently dont. If you have a "seat yourself" policy then have a sign helps. When LIVE customers are standing in front of you, dont take a Togo order. Dont clear dirty tables when you havent taken the order of the LIVE customers. This made us leave so no comments on the food and there wont be...

Quite possibly the worst chinese food I have ever had. rice was very bland and had no flavor. General Tsos chicken was mushy and slimy like the chicken was warmed up in the microwave or had been sitting out for hours. The only good part is they give you alot of terrible food for a cheap price. I highly recommend not eating here

Ive been going here since I was a child- I love this place. The family who owns it is friendly and efficient. The prices are very reasonable, and they do offer vegan/vegetarian options (not many, however). The facility is also wheel-chair accessible! The egg rolls here are delicious, best ones Ive ever had.

I cant say I eat chinese food often, but Ive enjoyed the food here over other restaurants of this type in the area. Prices have always been reasonable and have not seemed to have changed much over the years. Never had problems with service however I only get caryout which is always ready in ten minutes.

The food was good, but due to an extremely rude old man at the register, we will never return! To Gum DO Chinese & American Restaurant, I highly suggest you do not treat other customers rude at the register as you will never have a returning customer with the way the old man acted tonight!

Have been there many times. Food is good but the last time had a cockroach walking on the table. Had take out a couple of weeks later and two cockroach were in the bag on cardboard separator. The owner argued the fact and just about called me a liar. Enough for me.

The food is great. My mom used to take me here as a kid and now I am taking my kids there to share the same experience. The service is always friendly and fast.
