So I Am In Parma Ohio. Just South Of Cleveland. This Location Has Opened Up Around A Year Ago And It Is Already Going To Trash The Employees Are So Rude And Will Roll Their Eyes At You While Ordering. 1 Employee Even Smacked Her Lips. Both Women Became Distracted Flirting With A Customer And Made My Pizzas Black. Than They Had The Nerve To Ask Me If That Is Okay For Me. Ummmm No It Is Not. They Huffed And Puffed And Re Maid My Pizzas. I Spent $26 On Lunch For 3. We Deserve Better Treatment. To Top It Off, I Refused To Go Back To This Location So I Went To Your Strongsville Location. (Your Food Is Really Good). Same Thing. Employees Are So Rude, I Waited 20 Min With Only 5 People In Front Of Me. That Makes Me Realize That This Is Not Just A General Manager Issue. This Is A District Manager Issue. The DM Should Be Held Responsible For Not Upholding The Standard With The Employees At Multiple Stores. I Do Not Want Or Need Coupons And I Will Not Be Returning Until I Hear Locally That These Locations Have Changed For The Better. As I Said Earlier, You Guys Have Amazing Food But Poor Customer Service And That Is The Number One Way For A Restaurant To Fail. I Wish You Guys The Best

I ordered two pizzas to go. The girl running the oven was chatting with the people in front of me... He was asking her to do a favor and place extra cheese on his pizza post oven. He then asked her for an application... She ran to get the application. Then she calls me over to my pizzas... They are black... Obviously burned... She said..."I dont know what happened". Really?!? Really! You dont know what happened? She then asked me if they were acceptable? I said no way! So she went to go remake them... Showing no remorse... Then a lady in a yellow shirt came up to me... She obviously saw the anger on my face... She hands me 4 scratch off cards. She said she was sorry. The scratch offs are for free soda and a free cookie..... Needless to say the pizza was tasty.... However so is the local pizza joint on the corner. I will not be going back...I work too hard for my money.

It takes a little bit to get all the way through the line, but thats only because they dont try to rush you through and actually talk to you which I prefer being treated like a real person above all. Theres one girl who works there who is super awesome and funny, not sure of her name though but she always makes my night when I come here! Aside from the service being pretty good, the pizza is awesome - lots of options to mix and match, decent prices especially for the $1 extra gluten free pizzas, and I like the hydroponically grown produce and sauce with no added sugar as well! Thumbs up!! :)

This place is like a Chipotle for pizza in the sense that you can build your own pizza from the dough to the final toppings before they place in the oven for a few minutes. The menu is large but not overwhelming and I love the way it is so customizable. The pizzas are personal size, not premium but still good quality. Everything just seems very fresh and the flavor profiles are well articulated. It is just a very simple and smooth process from start to payment which is why is has become my go-to for quick and flavorful pizza.

Ordered online. Arrived 20 minutes later, as told, to pick up a cold pizza and find out the salads are not made to order. When what I ordered (and paid for) was not in the cooler, I was offered one of the two salads they had left. On a Tuesday at 6pm you should be more prepared for a dinner rush. I wouldve arrived sooner than 20 minutes after ordering if it meant having a hot, fresh pizza. Definitely disappointed. Wont be back.

First time I ever tried going to this location I was running in fora quick pick up and they had their door locked 12 minutes before they were supposed to close. I work at the PizzaFire in Broadview Heights and if we ever locked our doors before 10:00pm we would be written up or even fired. Its completely unprofessional and Ill never go there or recommend anyone I know to go there.

Today my pizza didnt come out of the oven, so I was confused on what happened to it but Josh & Sarah were there and couldnt have handled the situation any better. I was going to work and I wouldve been late if he didnt hurry but do it fast. Sarah gave me a coupon too for the next time. I was a little upset when it first happened but the showed perfect customer service.

We went there for the first time and my 4 year old was with us. They didnt acknowledge us standing at the counter. The worker just stood there and talked to the other worker and decided it would be a good idea to swear loud enough for us and my 4 year old to hear. Very rude and slow service. Would never return.

Its nice to go somewhere where all of the people working arent miserable and taking their frustrations out on you. The staff at Pizza Fire/Parma are friendly, kind, and that goodness is reflected in the pizzas they make. I recommend trying the Buffalo pizza. Next time I go, Im going to build a custom!

Worst customer service ever. First time there will never go again. Bunch of entitled teenage brats working there. Nothing like asking questions just to get completely ignored or rudely told oh I dont know. Pizza was soggy in the middle and toppings were not done. Nothing like eating uncooked pizza

Hey You
The pizza is good but as someone before me mentioned they put a little toppings on top. The staff was pretty organized and fast at making pizza. All employee were trying to be nice, but some of them made me feel uncomfortable. Over all it is a nice place, and I would give it a second chance.

Staff were unattentive i.e. on their phones. The food came out pretty fast which was good until i got home to find the meat uncooked and a portion of the dough completely uncooked and inedible. Never going back, Unacceptable performance.

Clean restaurant, and friendly staff at night. One of the workers was cleaning and putting the chairs away and noticed that we wanted to sit down and eat so she set up a table for us on the spot. She was very nice and I love going here

Most of the times I have visited was off-peak so not much of a wait. I like the thinner crust and the selection of toppings they have. It is nice to pop in when they are not busy and get a pizza made to order, very convenient.

Ordered two pizzas that were below average. My Pizzetta in North Royalton is better in my opinion. The crust is better and the ingredients tast better. I will not be returning, as there are way better pizza options available.

Great! The pizza has always been good. Im a simple person so I dont get many toppings, but I definitely always enjoy the pizza! There is sometimes long lines, but nothing thats too hard to handle. Love it!
