The Bayon is fantastic. Excellent flavor and the hot was just the right amount of heat. The only reason that I didnt give the Phnom Penh a 5 star is that the service is BLAH. Every time I am in there I get someone that has zero personality. And this isnt a cultural thing.The blah happens when the server is a member of the family and when it is outside hired help. If they could just be even the slightest enthusiastic it would make for a perfect meal.

Overpriced, for what they offer. I am clueless as to why there are so many good reviews, 3rd time ordering and same story, overpriced. basic food. No balance of flavors, everything i had so far is either bland or thrown together with a bunch of flavors...( I bet they have some good profit margins charging $10 for couple slices of some pepper a little bit of thinly sliced chicken and 2 scoops of white rice. 0/10 would visit again.

considering we just came back from Cambodia, my wife and I had "high" expectations and we were in for a very pleasant and delicious surprise. We had a soup,Cambodian chicken salad, pad Thai, and a dessert. Every dish exceeded our expectations and it was very affordable. Menu is very extensive and something for everyone. Restaurant offers three spicy options for most main dishes. Great service.

My favorite Cleveland restaurant! Hidden gem in plain site, there is never a wait in this trendy neighborhood. Amazing food! Excellent service from the owner. Weve had large parties on Saturday nights and theyll have tables set up for us in advance if you call. BYOB So I recommend picking up a 6 pack from Great Lakes around the corner. They seem to do a lot of take out too.

Great food with fresh ingredients but dont go with large groups. It seemed like there was just one chef in the back and each individual order came out in 3-5 minute intervals. Service speed is the only thing keeping Phnom Penh from getting 5 stars.

Ive been going here for aabout 5 years. The staff is great: friendly and quick. The food is fantastic. I recommend Salad Phnom Penh with chicken. They will adjust the spice level to suit your taste, so dont be afraid to ask.

Ate here for lunch today. It was way beyond my expectations. I had the Pad Thai and it was amazing. Much better than other Pad Thai I have had in the area. We will definitely go again.

Tai Fun is great, Bac is pretty good. Phnom bests them both. Maybe not as trendy, but the food is just awesome. Best Pad Tai in the city, yet to have anything I didnt love.
