I called the Algonac Dairy Queen around 9:00 pm tonight and asked how late they were open, I was told they were open until 10:00. We decided to get some ice cream after dinner and pulled up at 9:34 and they were closed with all the people cleaning up for the night. We dont get ice cream often and we are very upset that they closed early. If you say that you are open until a certain time then you should stay open until that time. We will be going to Kroger from now on for all of our ice cream needs. Thank you Algonac Dairy Queen for letting us down just like all the other food places around here.

Got a Sundae from here along with a foot long hotdog with everything on it. Sundae was okay buy not much of a value given price and volume you actually get. I personally think this specific Dairy Queen is more pricey than most due to its location by the docks and frequent tourist visits. The Foot long hotdog was a much better deal and I enjoyed mine. My dad who was there eating too says hed give his Hotdog 5 stars he liked it so much. I am more thinking 4 stars myself.

A small town favorite. Always fresh and friendly. Usually pretty busy, especially on warm days, so make sure you bring your patience.
