Yesterday was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I chose this location because of proximity. My experience started off great with our server (Paddy Mack) he was very attentive and apologetic for the situation I am about to write about. After our order was placed it was brought out by who I later found out was the General Manager(Matt Wagner). Our party was of 6 with an infant. Matt stopped at one end of the table and proceeded to ask whos food was whos. Once locating the person whos food it was he dropped the food on the table in front of the closest person to him. That person then had to hand the food to the next person and to the next until it was at the correct person. This continued for each meal. We were seated at two tables stuck together in the middle where he had plenty or room to move around and hand each customer their food. I was appalled by this service. I have never been so floored at the actions of the General Manager of any establishment. I asked our waiter to allow someone else bring our food out. After requesting to speak to the manager that is when I found out that he was the initial server I again was taken aback. He came and I explained to him how his service was rude and he said that he didnt think that it was and that it is ok to deliver food to his customers that way. Now I have never been a waiter but I have been to plenty of restaurants. I have received better service from a Coney Island server than I receive here. Matt W has tainted my view of the place.

Okay let me start by saying as soon as i walked in i receive attitude from the greet who was the one who placed my order I asked her a question which was what come with the traditional and boneless combo i had to ask the question about 3 times before i even recieve an answer that is which i got i start telling her the sauce i wanted on my wings and she told me i couldnt get more than two sauces i asked since when i been coming here for months never have anyone told me this and asked to speak to a manager she walked away about 5 mins later she return stating the manager wasnt coming she still got the sauce wrong she didnt want to talk my debit card because my id was in the car (i was the only one she asked for id out of all the other customers) when i finally recieved my food it was cold she got the order wrong I was sitting the the whole time and not once did she mention my food was ready instead she helped people who wasnt even in line. Ive been going to BWW for years now and this have to be the worst experience i have received I rather go somewhere else if this is how your employees treat customers

The reason Im giving it one is because of the service here. The food there is amazing,I usually have no complaints about food quality,but the service is is way way way below average. Me and my boyfriend just went in last night and our serve was Mkayla,I wasnt pleased at all. We sat right by the kitchen so she clearly saw our empty drinks,yet I received not one refill in our hour stay while my boyfriend only got one refill. She even asked us "did you need anything" while both cups are empty and I literally had to point it out to her. She checked on us maybe 3 times and each time she was beyond oblivious. It just sucks because I love the food here,but the serves there are just so untrained and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. I dont think Ill be coming back, if I do it wont be to this location. Sadly the food is awsome,but the service is the worst on the planet. Like I said, the amazing food isnt worth my server missing for 30 minutes,or not receiving one refill for an hours stay.

Bro these fools lucky I gave them one star, to begin with I walked in and was Instantly like man maybe I should just go to hooters. I then decided against it. The lady then seated us at a party booth so we were like this is chill my mans. Then waitress comes and stuff takes our drinks and then we ordered food. Little did I know I was going to have to wait 50 minutes to get some damn wings. I know those wings take 15 minutes to cook. The waitress was a total B! Waitress didnt check on me to get a refill for my beverage I went thirsty tryin to eat some spicy a$$ wings bro. This lady was rude and ran me up and my mans Noah for the wrong thing so we did a switcheroo and it still came out to be expensive. She then kept my 98€ when she already got a tip and kept Noahs 62€. At his moment I knew I should of went to hooters. I made sure to accidentally keep ketchup:).

Attempted to dine at the establishment Sunday before last evening. We were sat and saw three waitresses cleaning and socializing. As we waited 10 minutes for someone to come by to inquire about our order, it appears it took for another table to be seated directly behind us to get the young ladies moving. After huddling to determine which table to take, one of the young ladies finally made their way over to our section to inquire ask the the three ladies sitting behind us what hey would like to drink. Needless to say, we just got up and left. My intentions were to contact management the next day but since then I have heard or disparaging comments about the establishment and how certain patrons are treated that include management. I will just say that I hope you reexamine your training and customer service policies as it relates to ALL patrons.

Good lunch experience here on a Friday. Waitress was very good and friendly with a good sense of humor. We ordered from the 15 minute guarantee lunch menu. Wings were really good and the Caesar side salad was really big for a side salad! The meal actually came out past 15 minutes and they happily gave us a certificate for our next lunch free. You do have to use it within 1 month. The manager checked in with us a couple of times but not in an annoying way. He seemed like a real cool guy that Id like to drink beers with. Great sense of humor too. Will be back. Lots of TVs if you are looking for a place to watch the sports ball game. Oh, they also offered us a drink to go as part of free refills. Sweet! I couldnt have a beer because I had to go back to work but they had a very good beer selection with lots of Michigan beers.

The worst dining experience ever was at the Buffalo Wild Wings in St.Clair Shores, tonight. It took no less than 45 minutes to get sodas for the table. Even longer than that for a few beers. The food took so long to arrive that I thought my entire baseball team was going to die of starvation. When it finally came, one of our party didnt even get his. In the end, however, he was the lucky one, because the food was mediocre at best. The worst part of the night came, however, when the bill was delivered. Considering the entire meal should have been comped, because we were there no less than 2 hours, the cost was well in excess of what should be charged for a few chicken wings. Unfortunately, to post this, I was forced to choose a star, because they dont deserve even half a star.
