Ive tried this cute local spot many times, but no more! The brewed coffee is consistently weak and bad. I once got a cappuccino with no foam, and the owner would not remake it. The owner is very rude. Yesterday he refused to let me on the internet because I only had bought coffee!! Who would give such poor customer service!? (the pasword is Missouri, btw.) He was very rude to me and has been to other people I know, too. Maybe hes nice if he already knows you, but I wouldnt recommend the "Main Cup" to anyone passing through Milford. Instead, drive to Coffee Please in Madeira where the ladies are always nice and the coffee is great. Or go to Starbucks.

Jim and Jill are wonderful - so sweet and helpful. The locally roasted coffee is great and so are the sweet and savory pastries, cookies and soups. Try the egg, bacon and Canadian bacon or the spinach and feta savories. They are scrumptious. So is the apple and caramel. Weve also tried the black bean chili (just the right amount of spice), potato and bacon and the squash (almost like a dessert) soups. Great!

The Main Cup is a friendly, family-oriented establishment. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant, staff very helpful. All coffee is small-batch roasted on-site by the shops owner, Steve Jeray. But there are also lunch menu items, smoothies (using REAL fruit) and other fresh ingredients. Its a favorite stop whenever I can make the time going through Milford (which is often as we are locals).

Dark roast coffee was very weak. Selection of pastries looked old and wrapped in plastic wrap. Bad vibe from the moment I walked in. The man behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was there and when I asked about where they get their coffee from it was like pulling teeth to get more than a word in response.

Owner buys and roasts fair trade coffee. Offers a variety of beans and roasts. Ive never bought a cup of coffee here, so I only know about his bagged coffee. Local and fair trade are important to me. Id like to see more like the Main Cup, particularly here in Loveland.

The flavored coffee selections are far more interesting than Starbucks. The opera cream Breve is my favorite so far. Ive been buying my roasted coffee for home from here as well, and its well worth the drive. Great place.

THANK GOD. New ownership, and it looks like theyre exceedingly pleasant and working hard on customer service; a fatal flaw of the last owner. And they serve great coffee too. Such an improvement!

The service and atmosphere was great but I was unable to log on to their internet to work or find any available outlets to plug in my laptop, my main reason for coming to a coffee shop.

A sweet little coffee/bakery store with books and other little things. Loved it! I have a specific diet and the owner took the time to make a perfect coffee just for me! She was great!

Super friendly owner. Cool environment. My friend enjoyed his coffee. They sell coffee beans by the weight so you can mix and match or you can just buy a fresh cup of coffee.

A small goup of us went in today to introduce ourselves to the new owners. Very friendly and the new pastries are wonderful. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Amazing coffee drinks and a really nice atmosphere. Reasonably priced and much better than anything at Starbucks. Good selection of pastries/cakes as well.
