Love Penn Station. Never coming back to this location again because they are SO stingy with the meat. I even ordered my sandwich with extra meat and there was barely enough to taste through the bread. (In culinary terms, I would consider the amount of meat on my sandwich "a pinch") The amount of meat on my girlfriends chicken teriyaki sub would have fit in one of their ketchup cups (literally. I am not exaggerating.) She also said the chicken that was there was hard and chewy and overcooked. This was one of my favorite places to eat in Cincinnati, but this site is giving the franchise a bad name.

Fast polite service. little pricey, get your sandwich to go and get your own drink. I got 33.8 FL OZ flavored water from Walmart next door for less than a dollar.. much less expensive =) Smells and looks great! YUM! SUPER FAST! Wow! I commend the Phili cheese steak with Sautéed onions, mushroom, yellow peppers. with Mayonnaise and Mustard. So so good. 8 inch filled up perfect!

They were very busy when we visited and their crew handled it flawlessly, the manager was very supportive of the team and was on the line helping. Despite the rush Connor and Anthony (the only 2 we spoke to directly) were fast and very friendly. Great attitudes all around and great food. Thank you!

I go to the Penn Station in Belden and its great but I went to this one and the screwed up my order so they gave me a card for a free sandwich next time I went in. I go in to get my free sandwich to go, I get back to work and they screwed this sandwich up too! Come on people!!

This location is fine I just dont like penn stations as much as the other fast sub options (Subway, Jimmy Johns). It is more expensive ( 10 bucks for a meal for me) and takes a little longer. They do have good fries.

Scrumptious east coast sandwiches! The quality of their wide variety of sandwiches is very good. Service was also good and an east coast atmosphere is is most definitely present.
