The place looks nice, BUT DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL GET SICK AND POISONED! We just went here today. It looked like an authentic place. However, it is not. The first sign we noticed that this place was bad was the salsa. It was watery, but we figured it was just the salsa. Boy, were we in for a surprise. My husband got his food and it was DISGUSTING. The chicken was rubbery and old. It has obviously been frozen and cooked. Who knows how old it was though. The sauce was also watery, once again. My sons "chicken" was old and rubbery. He even wouldnt eat. The only thing edible were the french fries. Then I got my food, which was worst of all! I had gotten the tacos a la carte. It was A LA GROSS. The meat, I could tell, was old. To be honest, the meat had been cooked days ago, put into the fridge, and re-heated in the microwave. I ate a whole taco, but felt sick afterward. As of right now, my husband and I both believe we have food poisoning from this place. Not only the worst Mexican restaurant ever, but worst PERIOD. The waitress was nice, and it wasnt her fault, but chef ramsey needs to visit. This place will KILL YOU. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ive been here many times. Usually had a pretty good experience but not the past few times we have gone. Server brought my fiance the wrong food. By the time he go his I was already done and had boxed up mine. He had to rush and eat as much as he could bc we were supposed to go to movie. Server did not apologize of offer any kind of compensation for the mistake and even denied when we jokingly as for a drink on the house since the food was wrong and took so long. We then asked to see the manager who was never notified we wanted to see him. We finally tracked down the manager ourselves to explain what happened. Food is ok but service is declining every time we go. Major language barrier as well that I think most likely contributed to this servers lack of sincerity for his mistake. He seemed like a good person just didnt understand this mess up had caused us inconvenience. My refried beens were super watery along with the queso and salsa which didnt used to be like this a few years ago.

I wish I could rate the food. Having just moved to this area, I was excited to try this place because it looks great (from the outside). My girlfriend and I were promptly sat, had chips and salsa brought to us, and then ignored for nearly 20 minutes. Im not sure how long it would have taken to get our orders taken, but we walked out. We had eaten half the chips and salsa and hadnt even gotten our drink orders taken, yet they had THREE PEOPLE walking around SWEEPING and doing other cleaning. The place had maybe 3 other parties in the restaurant and at least 5 people working. I dont know how or why they were unable to cope with us wanting food, but they lost out on a possible regular customer. Ill just drive the extra distance to go to Maria Bonita from now on.

Tamale was PALE LIKE COLOR mostly doe no taste covered with sauce tasted with a mixed of TOMATOES SAUCE. CHICKEN ENCHILADAS MY GOD! chicken was just BOILED they even forgot to put salt. All sauce was redish with tasted of tomatoe sauce. Wonder who is the so call MEXICAN COOK.....not MEXICAN at all for sure. The outside and inside decor is nice. Go to the one on 426, near alafaya, instead. I had to send my food back and go somewhere else. The food was obviously microwaved. It tasted awful, was soggy when its supposed to be crispy, and the rice was crunchy. When I notified the staff, they went to the back to laugh about it. The manager came to us and didnt even ask if he can do anything about it. Its as if nobody there gives a rats ass. Again, DO NOT EAT HERE. If theyre microwaving their food (which they are), theres no telling how much time has passed since it was actually prepared. Not to mention, the place smells like urine and the salsa has about as much flavor as the water.

Went here recently with some co-workers for lunch, the salsa is not bad and the chips are good. The spicy salsa does not have much flavor or than spicy so I would mix that with the regular salsa for some flavor. I ordered the fish tacos which for the price are kind of small but did fill me up. The flavor was good but all I wanted on on it was cilantro and onions (like street tacos) with some salsa. Other co-workers really liked it and ate everything! The servers are nice and attentive to your needs. I will give this place another shot as you should go 3 times to see if it was good or not.

So I am truly a Tex- Mex and I should have known the food would be closer to a copy cat "Taco Cabana" or "Taco Bell" with options that seemingly had a variety of Mexican inspired food. Greeting was great but the service with our server was atrocious. She was rude, rushed everyone, and her mind seemed to not be present while talking to you. The food reminded me of tofu flavored impression meat, beans from a can, and stale re-heated rice without flavor. The food tasted like something you could make in your own kitchen and way too overpriced. They charge you for the size, not the quality.

Weve come to Habaneros a few times now and every time we get very friendly and incredibly quick service. The table side guacamole is a must. I felt compelled to write a review this time however after I tried the Super Nachos. It was a great choice. Its loaded with beef, chicken and steak, as well as some chorizo. Obviously you get cheese and sour cream as well... My only knock would be I was expecting more chorizo and bigger chunks of it. But still, I highly recommend this dish and Habaneros. Huge portions and very authentic Mexican food here.

When I arrived the greeting was very dull(that doesnt really matter to me tho, but I figured Id include that.) The staff also rushed our order, and the food was horrific. My nachos in specific werent hot. Also instead of real chicken they used canned. All of my nachos were extremely soggy. I was with 2 others, and our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Which means they had it already pre cooked, or sitting on a warmer. My water had a bug in it aswell. Overall my experience was horrible, and I doubt Ill be returning.

Staff was very friendly, greeted us when we came in, we were seated right away with chips and salsa. It was very expensive though. My 5 yr old had 1 Dr pepper in a small Styrofoam cup plus a little cup of cheese dip to dip chips in, just those two items cost $6, made no sense because for $5.50 and you get a kids meal no drink included. Menu is frustrating as many items dont come with any sides. Restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. Food was a bit bland, just watch what you order it adds up super quick.
