I have had multiple poor experiences at this location. I wont even order food myself any more because I always have problems. Tonight I ordered wings for my son and then chicken tenders and a side of fries (which I had ordered previously) and went to pick up the order and was given a kids meal - not what I ordered - wanted tenders and a side of fries which I was specific about it, the guy at the register argued with me.. I am done. The food is mediocre at best and not worth it. I have been given coupons from this place before to "make up" for my poor experience, and tried to use them but was denied.. guess customer service is isnt their priority.

We have been here 3 times after moving to the area. The first time was a bust, service was slow and rude, food was cold (when we finally got the right order). Figuring this was a freak case, since weve been to many other locations and had a great experience, we returned a while later. Same horrible service. Finally, just recently, we returned upon encouragement of our friends that the place had been improved. It had. Service was MUCH friendlier, and fast, and our food was correct and delicious and hot. So for anyone put off by the bad reviews, or had a bad experience previously, try it again now! Whoever is in charge of that place has done wonders.

I was at the Delaware location and I went out on a limb and ordered wings I have never had before. I cant remember the flavor, but I recall saying they tasted like a dirty hippie and dirt to me. I was raised if I take a chance and I dont like it, then I will deal with it. I was in a good joking mood and told our waitress, who was awesome, what they tasted like to me and she laughed it off, but I was surprised by her and the manager on duty and they brought me different wings without me mentioning it. I highly recommend the service they give to anyone in Delaware, but dont order the dirty hippie and dirt flavored wings.

It is hit or miss. I usually like it, but the last visit was pretty gross. I would have to say that this location is my least favorite of the ones in central Ohio. Just not as fun as the other ones. Went there for fight, and an on duty cop was 2 feet from me the entire time (they hired him to be there). I support law enforcement and usually welcome them, but it made me feel uncomfortable. I left before main event. He just stood there and watched me the entire time. It was creepy. Lol

Just had a party of 20 people here. They dont do reservations but when I called a week before they took down all my information and called me the day of about an hour before to make sure we were still coming, which time is very professional. All orders were correct and in a timely manner and all the waitresses were lovely. I would definitely have another get together here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Horrible boneless wings. They consisted of dry tidbits of chicken covered in a mountain of breading. Im not sure if I received the bits at the end of a bag or if their boneless wings are now just that awful. Service was mediocre. Tyson chicken nuggets at the local grocery are incredible quality compared to what I just experienced.

This is one of my favorite BW3 restaurants in Central Ohio. Service is usually very quick. Wings are my favorite menu item and they are 50 cents on Tuesdays. Sarah is a lot of fun to talk to, she doesnt serve but might be some kind of manager. I always hope she is there. The restaurant is nice inside.

Good enough place to have a few drinks with friends while watching UFC. However I will not be getting take-out from here anymore. There is always a problem with the order. Either the chicken is undercooked or they punch in our order wrong even after reading it back correctly over the phone.

I usually get the traditional wings, med.....opted to get the boneless today instead. They were the most horrible boneless wings I have had---- mostly breading and seemed to be the processed meat (advertised as all white meat)... never again! Service was good, tho

I love this place. We go there late at night since my husband and I both get off late and they are always friendly to us. The food comes out fast and fresh which is always a plus when you go somewhere so close to their closing time.

This is a nice BW3 location. Standard food and good beer tap list. The service has always been excellent when Ive gone. 4 stars because its still just a BW3 chain. If thats what you like then this location is a great choice.

Servers were extremely rude...tried to charge us twice for an item that was wrong...acted like it was a huge deal to fix it. Know the GM personally, and this is not something he would be happy to hear. Will not go again.
