This is a fairly unique place if youve never been there I definitely recommend trying it. They definitely have a diverse selection of Subs but what makes this place so unique is the 30-40 different sauce choices. Even though it seems really overwhelming and you cant figure out how pickle sweet hot sauce is going to taste on top of a chicken shrimp sub it actually comes out pretty good. Please note that the last part was slightly sarcastic to overemphasize the fact that the sub choices dont always sound like they go together with the hot sauce choices but they do. As far as I know they dont actually have a chikennshrimp sub or picklesaucesauce...

This place could get 4 stars easily if the staff was friendly. Also the food could be made a little bit better. Not bad but other locations are better. So again I stopped here to get dinner and I was very un-impressed with the staff. Not friendly at all, in fact the come off as annoyed and the place was dirty. Also why is that little section always blocked off with chairs? At least get some stantons and a sign that says"area closed" Im glad the food is at least usually made pretty good. It would be nice to at least see a smile or hear a thank you, thats all.

Find another location. Dont even bother coming here. The two women working the front counter were extremely unprofessional, loud & slow at making sandwiches.They did not honor the buy one get one free coupon, as they were unable to read it properly and figure out exactly what I was supposed to receive. I debated for nearly 20 minutes when I finally realized it was a lost cause. There was no manager on duty that I could voice my concerns to, so I ended up having to call corporate. Definitely wont be returning here.

My first visit was The Woodward Dream Cruise 2017 the air was out. I had the Ladder Sub and loved it...so good! I tried calling David Watson several times to let him know that although the place was so hot all of the employees did a wonderful job, didnt complain about the heat and still kept a smile. I sat outside on the patio to eat the sub...it was cooler outside than inside. Hope the employees are recognized for keeping things going with a great attitude during the tremendous heat inside. I will be back!

I ate here on Friday, January 8, 2016 around 330pm. I got the hook and ladder sandwich and about four hours later I was vomiting and and experiencing diarrhea. The symptoms lasted 24 hours roughly. This was a classic case of food poisoning. I would not trust this place with my dog.

Great sandwiches, but this location is always behind on pickup orders. Whats the point in ordering ahead on the app, choosing a time and the arriving at said time.only to be told 10 minutes before your sandwich is ready? Just awful service.

Very poor customer service. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. I called back to make the store aware and was hung up on again. Needless to say, I did not go to this location and will make a formal compliant.

Do not come if you only get about a half hour for your lunch break. Unbelievably slow. I have honestly never seen people move so slow and with no purpose. I promise you I will not be coming back. Terribly unpleasant staff

Wonderful Subs nice place to eat if you want to support your First Responders, but on the other hand the employees are thieves had my phone stolen by an employee in the ladies room at this location earlier today.
