Great concept, really glad there are more dairy free, gluten free choices in the area. The only issue I have with them is consistency. Ive been in when its really good (and the manager was on the ball) and Ive been in where it seems no one there cares and they are understaffed. I worked in the restaurant industry nearly 15 years. Ive seen some food safety violations there that make me cringe. Cashiers handling money and making food. Using their gloved hands that just handled cash to cup a bowl and keep ingredients in the bowl. Made me nearly vomit. I suppose part of the challenge opening up a concept for the first time far away from corporate. If they got consistent with staffing and training, it could go from average to great.

This Bibibop, one of their first locations in Ohio outside of the Columbus area, stays true to their fresh, clean take to the fast-casual category. Bibibop offers flavorful options in a Chipotle-style with the primary focus being on bowls. The meals are also exceptionally cheap and a great value with sizable portions and quality food. The interior is modern, airy, and a welcome change from what the local area is used to. Liberty Center has enabled the local area to be introduced to modern fast-casual, and its refreshing.

I really like Bibibop! The food is delicious. Try a roll with potatoes and the Yum-Yum sauce. My only complaints would be that the dining area is typically a little dirty and unkempt. A little off putting in comparison to some of the other dining options available at the liberty center. If a little more effort was placed into the maintenance of the dining area, I would be able to recommend Bibibop wholeheartedly.

Love this place. So tasty. I ordered a bowl to go on my lunch break and got back and there was no chicken in my bowl so I called and the staff was so nice and apologized and refunded my purchase and gave me free bowls. Best customer experience Ive had ever. Will return with no question. Thanks again!

Great fast casual chain that will hopefully continue to grow! The steak had a good flavor to it as did all of the vegetables. The best part is they taste even better when they are all combined. The carrots were a particularly good addition to the bowl. I will be back for more!

Love the chipotle style set up. Food was fresh. Dining area was clean. Alot of different combinations I still want to try! Yumm yumm sauce was heavy on the mayo side but still delicious. I recommend highly!

Love this little place! Great atmosphere, healthy and delicious food, very affordable. Fantastic place to eat if youre going to the Liberty Center (or not) and dont want to do a full sit-down meal.

Overall it is a good idea, but after a first time experience we did not want to go again. The beans were sticky, almost like a paste. Part of the rice was almost plasticky and unchewable.
