Thanks Sis, but I just have to leave a review of my own, though the manager (Tias) behavior was so unprofessional and discrimating that a fellow customer shared the same passion as you for the horribly gross display that she witnessed and expressed that even she will have to get in touch with someone regarding Tias manner. Such a manner it was and from someone who says shes been working for Burger King for 16yrs. This is not a busy location by far one of my reasons for bringing my three boys. My younger two have autism and prefer a smaller crowd. So having to get water for three boys at their fountain located right in front is timely and can easily be monitored. Also I ALWAYS ask the staff for something to write the boys names on their lids before going to the indoor play area where the boys play for about 45mins to an hour .. ..just about everyday... .. wooooo typical juice stealing behavior I guess. So after Tia inspected all three cups to find all three had water, NOT JUICE, she did not give an apology or provide corporates number or email address upon request. Wich I have just obtained and will be in contact, for Tias 16 years either means Burger King does not take pride in who they employ or serve or that they do and its time for a 16 year evaluation.

While our home was being renovated, my family and I stayed at a hotel close to this location so needless to say we frequented it. We used the drive thru as well as dining in about 50/50. The food seemed fresh, most of the time. The staff was helpful and friendly, most of the time. The restaurant was clean, most of the time (Are you seeing the pattern here?). Not perfect by any means but convenient for us during our time without a kitchen. Where they fell short was with order accuracy, especially using the drive thru. I found myself having to double check the contents of our order every time after having bad results the first handful of times. I cant tell you how many times I had to turn around to have the order fixed for one reason or another. I dont mean to speak too negatively about this location as other times we had an enjoyable experience. For this reason, they get 3 stars. On a scale of eww, eh or wow, they get an eh. Not horrible, but not spectacular. Stop on by and check it out for yourself. Just double check your order before you leave the parking lot

A woman named Tia approached my sister and said that her manager saw her put juice into a free water cup. My sister asked to speak to the manager, and Tia then decided to reveal that SHE was in fact the manager. My sister asked for corporate contact info and Tia and other workers claimed that they didnt have that information. Oh, by the way, upon reviewing the cup, Tia discovered that the cup had water inside of it, not juice. My sister comes to this location all of the time with her boys and we dont appreciate her being treated this way. If Tia the "manager" doesnt like her job, maybe she should find a new one and stop giving everyone attitude and accusing people of being thieves. Instead of monitoring the soda machine so hard, maybe she should monitor her cooks and make sure that they stop serving burnt cold crinkly fries that my sister had to pay for. Will definitely be contacting BK corporate about this.

Horrible, do not go here. I went through the drive thru and asked for the 2 for $5 fish. I was told it would take a few minutes and to pull into a parking spot and theyd bring it to me. I did so as Ive experienced this before at McDonalds and they even put fries amd a drink for free since i had to wait. I waited 15 minutes. Did the cook inside go catch the fish as I waited or what?? I go inside to ask about it and was treated rudely. I see the two sandwiches sitting on their heating station and the employees doing whatever. When I asked if this was normal the manager wouldnt answer my question and told me I could leave if I didnt want the sandwiches. I told them I would leave a bad review of their location and she just scoffed at me and laughed and as she walked away. Horrible experience. This location sucks.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato add cheese and bacon. I got a whopper with tomato no cheese or bacon. I call and tell them, they tell me that I could come in anytime and they would replace it for free. I go in and try to get what I ordered and they got it wrong AGAIN! I will never come back to this burger king. The manager looked at me like I had a penis groaning out of my forehead when I told her what happened. Worst experience ever. If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. This place is a joke!

Absolutely horrible I will never be eating here again. I never had their breakfast so I figured Id try bk. Big mistake. They were so dead in there no cars but mine in the drive thru and my. Food was smashed and thrown together. Nothing was fresh it was all cold and the egg on my sandwich was wet WTF. How r u people still employed. Never ever again. I hope bk will get shut down bc its the worst service and its the same everytime. What a shame. Ill be speaking to corporate thats for sure.

THEY DONT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT 3/4 OF THE TIME.. THEY FORGET BURGERS.. AND MESS UP ON THE WAY YOU ORDER IT.. DONT WANT PICKLES ON YOUR CHEESE/HAMBURGER, WANT THE SMALL DICED ONIONS...? FORGET ABOUT IT..!! 5 OUT OF EVERY 25 CUSTOMERS (NOT IN A ROW) ARE MORE LIKELY TO GET THEIR ORDER SCREWED UP, THEN THE OTHER 20..
