I wanted to rate this location on panola rd. Lithonia Ga.Not even one star. I went through drive thru to order grill chicken. I was told they only had wings and legs. I asked the cashier for drive thru how long it would be to get the thigh. She told me it would be ready in 22 mins. I told her i would be back in drive thru in 22mins. I came back through drive thru in 22 mins. The chicken hadnt been cooked at all after waiting 22 mins. Then i talked to a man he said his name was josh and then told me joshua. He told me that it would be ready the second time 15 mins. When he told me that. They begin to laugh in the back ground. I told josh that i would be back in 15 mins. 15 mins. Later Josh told me that the grilled chicken was not cooked nor was it cooking. I was told Joshua was the manager. I have never experience such bad customer service in my life. Good customer service is very much needed at this store. All thats left to say from my experience from this location. Good help is hard to find.

This is not a place to go I ordered a 12 pc meal all white it is not what I got of course I should have checked it before I left but being it was not busy I though it was right no not the case when I called back i was told I had 7 to 10 days to bring it back ok you get carry out to eat what the ... Check your order I wont be back

There is only three of my favorite KFC in Georgia! Two are in Albany and one is here in Lithonia on Panola Road. Oh yes!! And the KFC on Hwy 138 in Conyers!! The most tender and tastiest chicken ever!! KFC most definitely my choice for take out chicken!! Original

I literally went yesterday and I took my mom out to eat and I asked for extra crispy chicken and my mom wanted the Nashville chicken and the chicken was not extra crispy it was regular and the Nashville was oily and inedible. Im getting my money back

Very slow service, customer service leaves much to be desired. Employees act like they dont want to be there. Used drive thru, had to go inside they messed up order. Store was semi clean though. Had forgot why I stop going there.

The front service is horrible they seem to come to work to get a check and care nothing about customer service.... They just reopened less than a year and the service will certainly close the doors sooner or later...

My husbands mashed potatoes was just gravy! We got 4 boxes that should all come with a cookie and only received 1, they only had ranch dipping sauce. ....... WTF? This location is seriously messed up
