Saturday at 8, I ran through the drive through to get an 8 piece spicy. There was no line and several employees visible from the drive through window. I paid got my food and left it was not unusual nor did I wait a terribly long period of time. I got back home and found that my eight piece was 3 legs, 3 wings, 1 breast, and 1 thigh. Honestly what upset me was that no one had told me, and they obviously knew, a simple matter of stating "hey we are short on spicy can we mix your order." I tried calling to discuss the matter but over the next 90 minutes the phone rang off the hook. I called back on Monday thinking an actual restaurant manager would be there and spoke with DMy (spelled phonetically) He yelled at me swore he was the only one working that night then hung up on me. This is a franchise and so corporate is no help at all. They ripped me off and insulted me and it sickens me.

We almost always go through the drive through, today we decide to eat inside. After ordering and sitting down to wait for our food a gentleman named Anthony stopped our table and offered to bring our order to us. He was very nice and had a big smile. We ob served him while we ate, he greeted everyone that came in and worked diligently to keep the dining area clean. He stopped by again to see if we needed anything. This was totally unexpected in a fast food establishment and made our visit that much more enjoyable. Thanks Anthony for doing that little extra that makes such a huge difference.

Asked for 2 piece White chicken and was ok with the upgrade for one breast. The price went from less than $7 to $10. I asked the cashier why so much. He said to ask the manager and didnt help. When I got my food the receipt showed 2 upgrade charges. I asked the mgr and no comment. She gave me the extra charge back with no comment.i suggested she train her employee to handle issues at the time it occurred. Not going back. Poor management.

Horrible service. It was the first time i had ever gone to popeyes and the last. I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order wasnt paying attention. She was having a totally different conversation in the back while i was trying to order. She asked me the same question 3 times and i answered everytime but she was too busy talking.

worst experience Ive had in all my times going to other Popeyes. Yesterday I order a 3 piece chicken tender meal and got 5 piece of scraps (the parts that came of when the tender was cut). Today I order a 2 piece chicken meal and got the smallest portion Ive seen. Not worth it going there.

I want to say I love Popeyes. But I will never return to the cumming store. The reason being frankly the mangers and employees couldnt care less about customer service and fixing what I order in 30 mins. The last time I asked for my money back and I will not be returning.

did the drive thru, ordered your six piece nuggets and a three piece dinner. the nuggets were like hard fried balls of doe and tasteless. the chicken in the dinner was not seasoned well at all. will consider trying it again but just hope next visit is better.

Every time I come here, they are never prepared and Im always asked to wait 3-4 minutes in a parking spot when I order through drive-thru. This would be fine if 3-4 minutes didnt turn into 15-20. I will not be returning.

I hate fast food, but not Popeyes. The food is good and they keep their location clean. When do you ever see A grades at fast food joints. The shrimp Poboy and dirty rice are just so good.

Rarely eat fast food but occasionally miss my new Orleans childhood memories of chicken and biscuits. Can be hit or miss at this location but usually a hit. Staff is always nice too.

I just ordered 16pcs chicken with 3 large side. I got a 12pcs and 1 large mash potatoes and 1 large fries. So next time pay attention to your order check it out before you walk out.
