I have eaten pizza at Antico Pizza Napoletan in Atlanta, GA, that took home the International "Top in Class" Award for the United States from worldwide, two-day festival, the Festa Della Pizza in Salerno, Italy; was named one of 12 New Pizza Classics by Food & Wine Magazine; and lauded Best Italian Style Pizza by Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 3 Palms is almost as good. They serve a traditional Neapolitan pizza that is 12" in diameter, sliced into 6 pieces. I ordered a Polpettina pizza which has sliced meatballs, San Marzano tomato, fresh mozzarella parmesan cheese, basil, and evoo. The tangy and sweet tomato sauce and cheese form a hot, soupy, molten area in the center of the pizza like any true neapolitan pizza. The crust was light and fluffy with a subtle browning. The slight char added a new layer of deliciousness and texture to the pizza. I loved the rustic and energizing environment. The manager was gracious enough to credit our bill for the price of one of the bottled drinks that made my stomach turn. Apparently, the fermented drink is an acquired taste.

This place disappointed me more for the fact that the ingredients and the overall concept are so top notch. Neapolitan style pizza is not something that I routinely come across in this area and it was refreshing to see a spot that was very much into the tradition and supplying quality ingredients to match. Im not sure if the kid who was manning the oven was new, tired, unhappy with his job or what but my pizza crust, tasted like a raw english muffin. There were no fire marks and was completely missing that thin center that I look for in this style of pizza. One of the pies I order was even raw under the cheese and sauce. This is especially troubling considering that you are definitely paying for a high end pizza experiance with this place. 14$ for a personal sized pie and 14$ for two deep fired artichoke hearts cut in half is a little much when they dont deliver quality to match that price. I plan on giving the place another try to see if maybe it was an off not, I genuinely hope not as I was very excited to find this place.

So Im all about freshly made, wood-fired pizza... but this place missed the mark. The restaurant itself looks nice with a very rustic, industrial look to it. The atmosphere is casual and the staff seem very nice. Food came out in a timely manner but the pizza was so hard to eat! Theres barely any crust to hold the toppings on- I measured my leftovers and the crust supporting the sauce and cheese was 1 mm thick, thats it! So with hot pizza and no crust support, everything just wants to slide right off making it difficult to eat. If this were the only good wood-fired pizza place in the area, Id probably go back. But its not! Pizza Fire in Cuyahoga Falls and Akron is WAY better, as is California Pizza Kitchen in Beachwood. Dont waste your time going here for the pizza, youll be disappointed.

Have been to this location once before but tonight my mother and I received wonderful service! Tericia was our server and did an amazing job at making accommodations for me due to my health. Made for a very pleasant and enjoyable meal. My mother had explained that the rotisserie chicken is my favorite but I have a hard time cutting it due to my arthritis and fybromyalgia. Tericia made sure I got what I wanted by swapping out the on the bone chicken for the rotisserie thats off the bone. She also impressed us by giving us one of the seat cushions to support my back. Its waitresses like her that make you want to return to an astablishment.

I have been coming here with friends for a while now and have always been more than happy with the menu! The pizza is obviously one of the best selections, the meatballs are great, and the cheese tray is to die for! Some things that I havent been too crazy about.... the caesar salad is a little too fishy for my taste & the fresh baked bread was a little underwhelming. Lets just say, the best part of the bread shouldnt be the butter I put on it! Yes, it is pretty expensive - the $50 for two is enough to cover almost all of my groceries for the week, but its a nice way to treat yourself if you want to enjoy a meal with friends & family.

Why are there so many phenomenal reviews? My fiancee and I waited almost an hour just to get a table. The hostess was not friendly, and when a table finally opened up they asked if we would be open to sitting outside (chilly night). Um, no. We got a table inside after waiting another 5 minutes, and the place was chaotic and loud. Server was ok but not exceptional. Food was average, not worth the price nor the wait. We both regretted that we didnt go to Pizza Fire. The only thing I really liked here was the cappucino and your pastries. Great idea, poor execution.

The pizza is good but you dont get alot for how expensive it is. I couldnt take my family out without having to shell out the kind of money as if we were going to a pricier, upscale restaurant and its just pizza, ya know. That is usually why we dont dine there too often because of price and what you get for it. Great atmosphere. The owner is kind of intense, but a nice guy. Pizza is tasty, bakery is so neat and is needed in Hudson.

This is definitely my favorite place to splurge on pizza! Other reviews have complained about the price but you honestly get everything you pay for and more. Their crust is perfect and since its from their actual wood-burning oven, you cant really find anything like it from other places. My dad always gets their giant meatballs, but my favorite is the Diavola, which I make a point to stop by for when I come back for college!

Excellent pizza, salads, meatballs, wine options and desserts. Decor is very cool, and they have a lot of seating options. If they arent too busy, you can ask to go back and see the pizza oven. VERY COOL. I do wish it was not so loud, and that the window/doors were better sealed. I could fit my pinkie through a gap - cold the whole dinner! Cant wait for summer to sit outside.

Good Food but just like its sister restaurants in Hudson (One Red Door and Flipside), their drinks are so overpriced. This place is really noisy when it is full. At least the bartenders are more pleasant than the Flipside where they act like like you are lucky that you got to sit at their bar and have a $ 5 . domestic bottled beer.

Fun place to visit. Tasty, Tasty Pizza. The Meatball appetizer was superb. Looked like they had a few options to choose from, if you were a vegetarian too. I cant comment on the Wine or other Spirits, as we dont drink. But it would be nice if they had some top shelf Ginger Ale, like Vernors, or IBC Root Beers.

Very good place to eat! Just when there is a lot of people the service gets a bit disoriented. Brick Pizza Oven and home made crust made right in front of you! Owner is in during weekends but not sure during week days. The crust of the pizza is thin, so be warned if youre a thick crust guy;)
