Ive lived nearby now for a few years and heres one persons experience. When its good, its really good, just the best no gimmick pizza out there. Unfortunately, its hit or miss. It might be perfect, then the next time overdone, then awesome, then the ingredients seem off somehow, its Russian roulette for your mouth and very disappointing when bad because you KNOW it can be really, really good. Spin the cylinder, pull the trigger, hope for the best.

This pizza is the best. i grew up by the one in Northfield, same pizza, but the Hudson restaurant inside is so nice and roomy / comfortable Ive met up with first dates there because I know will have a nice time plus the staff is awesome,especially the owner,what a good guy,i think its a family run business. Anyways if you havent been there yet you wont be disappointing. I have and will go out of may way to pick up a pie at the Hudson location.

Best pizza not just in town, but in a very large radius of Hudson. If you like non-acidic, sweet sauce, thinner yet soft crust and really gooey cheese then this place is for you. Had to knock off a star for being cash-only, but their pizza is worth six so it evens out. Come on, guys! Get with the times! I very rarely carry cash, and because of that, I go here a fraction of the times I would if they took cards.

Great pizza, that you can tell is made with fresh ingredients and extra care was taken to make sure the pizza is up to the owners standards. The owner is a great guy, and you can tell he pours his heart and soul into this business. You can generally find him working alongside his staff and he will thank you for your business. Proud to support this local business and always enjoy their food!

This place is the best, the staff is GREAT, its important to see the owner actually operating the business during peak hours. To often the management is on during slow morning hours,only to be staffed by kids and YOUNG adults at night during busy hours.NOT THIS PLACE!!!! THE OWNERS THERE BY THE OVEN MAKIN IT HAPPEN. I strongly suggest this establishment

We went as a family and had a great time! The pizza was really good, it was big and hearty on the deep dish side of the pizza spectrum. The owner was quite personable and professional. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere as well!

Wonderful pizza...so tired of the chain pizzas. Their italian sausage is to die for, honestly been looking for it since I was a kid and I had that kind on a pizza. Owner is always there and a very nice guy.
