I always loved ordering from here and their food is great. But thanks to their very rude delivery drivers, they have just lost a customer. I have not ordered from here in months so I thought I would go back to being a regular customer. The owner is really nice but the people working for him just irk my nerves, mainly the delivery people. The delivery drivers DEMAND tips and catch an attitude if they dont get one. Most of the delivery drivers I have encountered are pretty rude. Bad delivery service yields no tip. They guy who delivered my food just shoved my food at my face and barely gave me enough time to sign my receipt, and he clearly had an attitude. My dad told me that just before I answered the door the delivery guy was fussing about a tip. So I wont be going back there until the owner can hire employees who actually have a little class.

Ive had 2 bad experiences here! Both times were with the same cocky guy that works the counter first time he was very rude and when my food came up he waved me up to the counter like he was showing me where to park my car instead of bringing our food to us, it was slow so there was no reason for that. I thought I would give them a second chance because there food was pretty good unlike the service and maybe he was having a bad day, nope I was wrong when I walked into the dining room area the same guy was sitting there drinking a soda watching the football game me and my coworker stood at the counter for about 5 min. and he still did not come up to take our order nor did anyone else help us we both looked at each other and agreed that we had made a bad decision again and left. If it was me I would avoid this restaurant because of this guy.

We were SO disappointed by the food here. The wings smelled like old grease. They had clearly been frozen and haphazardly thrown in the deep frier. After eating one wing, my stomachs knew something wasnt right. We also ordered a medium deluxe pizza.... Though it looked appetizing, it had burnt crust, burnt pepperoni and undercooked veggies. Not to mention this meal cost $36! We ended up throwing out the food and I am currently feeling sick to my stomach. What a waste!

Never ordering from here again. They close at 10. I called at 9:15 and ask for delivery. I have been ordering from here for 3 years and always give the driver a healthy 15-20 tip as I am a delivery driver as well. I am told that they usually stop delivering around 9:20 and that the driver "had to get somewhere at 9". I have a fractured spine at the moment and cant exactly drive anywhere. You lost a faithful customer today.

It was a rainy day in Orange Park during rush hour around 5:15 so I can understand the order taking an hour and a half to get here. That is not the problem. Their bacon cheeseburger had brown lettuce and uncooked what I assume was bacon. Pizza and fries were soggy and cold. Again rush hour so I understand. We also ordered wings which were tasty! So if youre hungover with your bros go ahead I guess.

This place is the bomb. They even know my mama! I put everybody on! EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious. Im privy to the seafood and fried livers. #DELICIOUS They also Jupina and Watermelon soda, the tea and lemonade is good too. For the Vegans, if you bring your own cheese or other specific ingredient theyll add it to your pizza! Also, you can pre-order and they deliver! Bassils is winning!

This place is da bombbbb! I had the veggie sub, with a side salad (sub. for fries). My sandwich was glorious; it came out steaming hot with fresh veggies and feta cheese, and their sauce they added to it. Omgggggg it was so good! My boyfriend got a phili cheese steak sub, with cheese fries on the side and he loves it! Yummmmmm Im gonna go get some Bassils tonight!

ordered a med meat stlye pizza...looked and tasted like it came from a can..counter guy/owner? talking sports while I waited to order with someone who wasnt there just shooting the breeze..if you got time like that..might want to wipe down the tables...whats funny is I went here because of the good reviews..what r you all smokin?

Amazing gyros and philly cheese steaks, i moved to orange park 8 months ago and my cousin took me too bassils,it was an awesome experience the owner is so welcoming and convinced me too buy a gyro and it was the best gyro, it tasted so fresh the sauce was a 10/10! definetly recommend going! - great iced tea.

The guy on the phone was very rude & rushed me to order.. they deliver and hour later the food was cold & soggy & taste like it was cooked in old frying Grease and my food was $30 for that Lil bit of food I will never eat at this place again this was my second time the first time I was disappointed

Their gyros and fries are so so good. They always leave you stuffed. They are one of the few places where they stuff it with meat which makes me quite happy. This was our go to gyro spot when we lives here before and 4 years later it is still just as amazing. Their fries are a favorite as well!

Great customer service, portions are nice and large. The food is always fresh, crispy and moist. The fried food is not too greasy and no bad after taste from the oil being used. I have been there over 5 times and they are always consistent. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I love their calzones!! They are a must have on a friday night when you dont feel up to cooking. Good portions for a good price. They are always steaming hot when they are brought to my door. Service is always with a smile and my order is always right.... Great place!

I absolutely love the food here!!! I always order the lasagna dinner. They even deliver which is convenient when I have a busy day. The restaurant itself isnt super classy. A tee shirt and jeans would be acceptable here. They also have delicious sweet tea.

Everytime I have ever ordered the food has been delivered hot and quickly! If you dont know what to try, get the wing and shrimp plate! Wings are always cooked right and the sauces are delicious and the fried shrimp are the best in town!!

Anyone I recommend to this place usually gets hooked like an addict on hard crack! If you want a really good gyro with the TZATZIKI sauce then this is the place. The food is incredible and Im not a food critic or fan of foods. Superb

Ive eaten here multiple times during lunch, its a bit privey for lunch but I am yet to be disappointed... The food is great, the service is par and the restaurant seems really clean. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone.
