Timing is everything, if you are on a tight time crunch forgo this location. Put in a to-go order for my wife who works 8:30 to 5:30 went to go pick up the order during her break after shes waited the stated amount of time 15mins( for a grilled chicken wrap...) she waited inside close to 10 minutes and never got her food because she had to return to work. After only a light breakfast she will now go the rest of the day without eating. Spoke to the manager(Audrey) after the incident, she was not helpful and did not try to mend the situation in any way and hung up on me before I finished saying thank you and goodbye.

I love the loop. Only place i can get a spicy cilantro pizza, or the goat cheese salad, which i might marry one day. But dear God, the amount of people standing around on a Friday night doing nothing is astonishing. I called in a to go order and waited thirty minutes for it, not because it wasnt done, but because the waitstaff let it sit in the kitchen for fifteen minutes. I know because i was waiting patiently in eyesight, and yet i only got my food because i finally got up and asked about it. Maybe a little more attention to your customers next time?

Interesting pizza. We liked it. Had a different taste but was well received by my kiddos. First time here so wasnt sure we had to go up and order but figured it out. They made a mistake on our cheese pizza and offered to redo it but I told them it looked good to us. The farmers market veggie pizza is outstanding! Only had vanilla ice cream on our visit but kids still liked it. Will repeat in future.

The reviews have this pizza place right! After 13 hours on our road trip, we were looking to avoid fast food yet needed a family friendly restaurant relatively close to I-95 for our road tired crew. The staff were very polite and the pizza was great. The restaurant is charming, yet simple with an order at the counter set up. The town is trendy with a lively vibe. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is nice. Very clean and somewhat stylish inside. I went with a group of friends and we got our food decently quickly (I ordered the soup of the day and it was ready by the time I had filled my drink!). The soup was really good and everyone else also seemed to enjoy their meal. Decently priced as well.

Place is 2 star level, walked in, was told to sit anywhere and then we find out we have to get up to order our food. Prior we waited at 10 least minutes before we found out. We ordered, sat down, and had to wait for our dinner. No problem, just wished we were informed of the restaurant etiquette.

Katrina and I just ate their new Asian salad it was great! We also chowed down the Spicy Cilantro pizza and wow, it was also very good - especially the nice chunks of garlic.... niiiice! Will be back for their burger and onion rings next time...

The Loop is a great place to eat in the San Marco area. The interior was recently renovated and looks phenomenal. The food is reasonably priced and it taste great. From pizza, burgers to milkshakes, it is a great place if you are in the area.

Excellent Restaurant. All of the food is wonderful but I truly wish I had never tried the Onion Rings because then I would know what I was missing. Every one of the Loops I have been in has been clean and friendly helpful staff.

great, cheap place to eat. Dinners usually run about $5 for burger and fries. Burgers huge! Fries delicious. Offer many healthy options including steamed broccoli. Sometimes slow if its a busy night like a Friday.

Great food at reasonable prices. Its not always on the menu but their, but their tomato bisque pizza is incredible. Definitely worth going to just for that. Their burgers and wraps are great too.

Typical food chain establishment. If busy, wait can be long and service slow. A smaller venue then normal, which seating is limited. But three outdoor tables are nice on the sidewalk. Food good.
