I attend this Bob Evans almost weekly, The other day I brought my husband and my 2 children in. My husband HATES onions. When he gets one in his mouth, he will involuntarily gag and vomit. It is quite the scene! We ordered breakfast and mid way through the meal my husband gets an onion in his crepe!!?? Crepe! He immediately gagged and vomited on his plate before running to the restroom. When he returned he told the waitress what had happened and she got the manager. In the mean time my husband found another onion in his blueberry crepe! The manager apologized and took the plate and the bill. We kept waiting for someone to come back and nobody ever did!!??? We finally went to the front and the manager didnt even take off his crepes! But she acted like she did. She told us the total, I asked her "uhhh wasnt that the total before hand?" She said "well, well, I am not sure how to say this without offending you, but i didnt think it was a big deal by the time I got to your table." I was so shocked and embarrassed and there was a line behind me at this point. I looked at her said OK, paid, left a very nice tip and walked out. We will not be going back. By the way, I had never seen this manager before.

The host who greeted us did not know what she was doing. I understand if she was in training but while we were sitting and waiting for our table she would not greet people as they came up to her to ask for a table. Other times she would not take their names and when asked by her Manager or another staff member what the name of the next party was she would respond "I dont know, I did not get there name". They were able to seat everyone is order, which was good but I felt bad for one elderly couple who came in and stood in front of her and two other workers, who were behind the host desk, not doing much, for a good 2 minutes before being asked by a random server who happened to walk by if he could help them. Our servers were great and the food was good. Everyone did a good job once we were seated. On another occasion I called in and was unable to understand the lady on the phone. She hung up on me everytime I called back and was rude about it.

Called to place a order to go asked them to substitute mashed potatoes for dressing was told they could not do that. Then asked for corn was told they didnt have any then asked for Apple sauce was told they didnt have any of it either so I told the lady just forget it I would find some other place to get something to eat!!! I dont recommend this place at all!!!

Our most attended Bob Evans. The crowd is usually lighter here but the staff and food are usually better than average. Easy for us to show up and count on a good meal and good service. This location looks nicer than its surroundings and is not obvious how to drive to so this probably affects the crowds.

Food is always good but service tonight was awful. Servers openly discussing who sat that party of four...this party. 10 minutes later the boy comes over to ask about drinks...cold coffee??? All this after patiently waiting 20 minutes for a table because it is the dinner rush. Shouldve gone anywhere else

Just awful... waited twenty five minutes for our food only to send it back,raw potatoes are not my thing...the server explained the cook was slow...the section we were seated was filthy,not a single table was bussed after people left ..it was probably better back on the farm...

We will travel to the Bob Evans in Dublin. Not sure if this Bob Evans is under new management but the food quality has deteriorated. We used to carryout regularly but after several subpar salads and small bread portions plus blueberry bread without berries, we will not be back.

Our server was definately not wanting to be at work. She was BARELY pleasant with resting B*tch face! She would ask if everything was ok, then make it uncomfortable if u asked for anything else! The food was ok, the restaurant was clean. Not my favorite BEs location.

Do not listen to Tabitha Harris, it appears that dramatic is her major. This location is lovely, service might be a little slow but a very nice place to eat. Staff is friendly and nice, I would recommend this location any day of the week.

Long wait to be seated for lunch during a non peak hours. My food was burnt. I received a replacement and it still wasnt correct. The manager even checked it before it came out and he was fine with what it looked like.

Absolutely the worst Bob Evans hands down! Dont ask me to leave all of the reasons why as there are too many to list. Have been going here for more than a decade and it may be time to go to McDonalds instead.

Great experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and our waitress was extremely friendly. The food was delicious as always and prepared better than other Bob Evans locations in the area.

Hashbrowns were not done, biscuits were hard and pancake was like rubber. People seemed friendly. Should have eaten on the westside cause we never have a problem.
