Me and my wife both ordered seafood trio. The butter that came with the lobster tasted like oil and I am certain it was used cooking oil of some sort. Nasty smell and taste. The manager and the server were unwilling to even smell it. The manager brought some real melted butter later For a $20 dish, this is totally unacceptable. They need food inspectors there to check what is going on in the kitchen. Asked for water with lemon and server said they ran out of lemons because some worker had to leave early and cleaned up early by throwing all lemon wedges. Are these people for real? Later she found what looked like very old small pieces that looked like they had seen better days. Poor service, very average food, bad experience. Not inexpensive either. Not going to this chain any time soon.

We chose this place since it looked like a good menu and likely to be family friendly. It was the first attempt at taking out a 2 month old baby. We got right in and were seated at a large booth. It was perfect. The baby could stay in his carseat in a corner of the booth away from distractions and everyone got a great meal. You provided 4 generations with a wonderful night out. Service was excellent and all of the staff was friendly. This was the perfect choice. Thank you!

BAD. do not sit in the bar section, because theyre managing the bar (which was completely empty) and the section in front of the bar (which had 3 tables including ours, seated). horrible service. sat for 5 minutes after finishing our meals, AND THEN another 10 minutes with our coats on, clearly ready to get our check, and we had to ask for it. they dont refill your drinks. the food was cold, and extremely overpriced for what youre getting.

My boyfriend and I decided to try Ruby Tuesday for the first time. We decided to get the salad bar and when we went up there it had a really bad smell. We were starving and decided to eat it anyways. I ordered the salmon and a side of broccoli. The server and manager on duty were all very nice and friendly. Once I got home two hours later I had food poisoning. I wont be going back due to getting food poisoning from there.

The worst food and service ever. I ordered carry-out from the bar and the girl Jessica was soooo rude when I presented her with a coupon.I ordered the seafood trio. The crab cake was not a patty It was crumbs that look like they tried to piece back together.I will never eat there again .I did call the manager to tell him how disappointed I was with my meal.Trust me stay away ...

Just arrived in Novi area for work. Ate at this Ruby Tuesdays twice - sat at bar both times and got steak and potato and salad. I had no problems - food was delivered quick, hot, salad bar was fine. Second time I came in the barmaid (I think her name was Jess) remembered what I drank and how I liked my steak cooked. Me like this place.

The service is horrible. My waitress was so inattentive that another waiter started to wait on me. After thirty minutes I received my med rare burger that was really a med well. They took it back and I asked my original waitress was my food almost done and she said didnt somebody already come talk to you. Rude

My experience here was horrible they brought my food out cold asf and the salad bar was trifling and they had s*** everywhere and there was a waiter that was sagging his pants soooo much I could see his green drawls and the icecream I had there tasted like and looked like the s*** I took this morning

We have been going here for perhaps 6-9 months. The first few times everything was great. These last few times the good seems to have gotten smaller;but our bill gets larger. I dont know if theyve gotten new management or not. We have never had a problem with the waitresses, they are great.

The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was good. The big problem is there was feces on the floor in the bathroom. Besides that the entire place seemed kind of dirty and greasy. I will never eat there again and I am thinking about reporting them to the health dept

Unsanitary - everything felt gross. A few of us from work stopped up for lunch. A couple of us were gagging with the smell at the salad bar area. One buddy was picking at the food and I couldnt even make it through the meal - felt like gagging. Will not be back there.

I ordered salad bar and soup..I wasnt impressed. Everything was running low and it didnt look clean. Daughter ordered a steal dinner and 1/4 of the steak was fat. The table across from us never got cleaned the entire 40 minutes we were there.

Very mediocre at best! The staff was rude & not attentive at all. I went there only for the croutons & then there werent any. I asked when there would be more & the guy said I dont know eventually. The food was not great... even the croutons.

Horrible I ordered the hickory smoked bourbon chicken and it was raw inside. My meal also had the salad bar as a side and roasted cauliflower au graten. The manager didnt refund my meal. Instead they gave me a dessert. That was even awful.

I dont know why I continue to visit this chain - I never enjoy it much. The food took way too long, considering we were one of very few tables ordering actual meals. I also think their salad bar is wayyyyy too close to the front door.

Decent American cuisine. Stayed at the hotel next door and came for a quick lunch. Staff was pleasant, professional and friendly. My table felt a bit sticky but everything else was fine. Had the Shrimp Parmesan pasta and liked it.

Steak was over cooked. Lettuce had mushy pieces in it. Someone dropped the lettuce tong on the floor and the staff just put it back in the lettuce! The water even tested metallic. Disappointed. The server was attentive though.

I was at the restaurant around 3pm and it was not busy at all but the server did not check back with me and my drink was empty Most of the employees you can see and hear chatting in the distance, customers comes first.

Wife and I came in from airport for late meal. I ordered the Bourbon Salmon, grilled zucchini, and garlic mashed potatoes. She had New Orleans dish. Both meals were hot and great! Service was good...

Pretty OK place. Got the unlimited salad bar with broccoli cheddar on the side. Soup was delicious, but quite salty. Salad bar has pretty good ingredients but only a few types of dressing.

I got the salad bar. It was terrible. I should have gone to the grocery store instead. The water is terrible too. Worse than any other place around here. My waiter was nice though.

Waitress was acting strange and she took A REALLY long time to come to the table. The salad dressing tasted like air, no flavor at all... My sons pizza was sweet and disgusting...
