So my food should have been done by 7am. Walked in and three of us had carry out however they never pulled the order and told everyone they did not get it. I watched the young just pull the receipt. This is mot the first time this has happened they never cook my food till I get there. There is a reason tp order online and reason I was told my food will be done at 7am. Never again

The waiting staff are great and do excellent job but the food on the other hand not so good. My friend on Saturday got the pot roast and it was still cold and then when they brought it back it was so greasy he couldnt stand to eat it. Then on Sunday morning we came back and he gets an omelette and it has the egg shells in it and they burnt his toast.

Bob Evans has always been a favorite of mine since I grew up right next to the original farm. That said, this location is quick to deliver orders, the price is excellent for the value youre getting, and the dining area is clean. The menu has your traditional southern comfort food (Deep Dish Dinner anyone?) along with some lighter options.

I had a bad experience here. The waitress would often switch between cleaning the floor and handling food with out cleaning her hands. The hash browns taster BITTER. the toast came after finishing my break fast. Very lazy service. I am not going back there.

I order for carryout all the time before work and I love it. They make sure everything is in the bag and that they make it quick. I have had a few problems with things missing but the supervisor takes care of it right away. The carryout ladies are nice.

Very good service and they dont try to rush you out by giving you the bill as soon as you get your food, which was refreshing. The food was good, but nothing special. Just a typical breakfast which is exactly what I had in mind, so my family was happy.

Came in was seated. No one offered to take on order. Sat for many minutes. Had to go go to counter to ask for service. Other patrons came in after I and were engaged. Other than sawmill store and the be pos system the worst experience Ive had.

Ive always loved the food here. What makes this location the best is one waiter named Kevin. One of the best waiters Ive ever been served by. Coming to this Bob Evans, Request Kevin. Great dining experience!!!

Ashley was a great waitress, however the cooks are absolutely terrible. Ordered and waited for an hour before I decided to leave. What a garbage excuse of a management team and a restaurant as a whole.

As a decent alternative to Dennys, Bob Evans serves decent food at a reasonable price. They dont exactly work hard toward the presentation of their food, but I dont think its meant to be fine dining.
