The food was good. Its best described as a trendy Chipotle. People were very nice except when it came to the sauce at the end. I never would have thought saying no sauce would cause a 10 min argument. NO MEANS NO! Ive known drug dealers that were less pushy. People need to learn, you make the food the way the customer likes it, not the way you ( the people who work there ) do! If I wanted it someone elses way, Id buy a pre-wrapped at the gas station for a third the price.

I like how they have fresh toppings like banana peppers, jalapenos, and onions as well as the fajita veggie mix. They have a good selection of meats, although sometimes they are overcooked and a little dry. The sauces are the standout here. Sometimes the staff isnt very coordinated and that results in slow service. Not all the staff is super friendly, although the manager always is. Their rewards program is pretty good, too.

I went to a Hot Heads when I lived in Akron and I was pretty hooked. This location is not too bad either tho its atmosphere inside isnt as warm and inviting. I like the variety and that you can order queso unlike Chipotle. The only bad thing I could say is that the chips are pretty poor. Very small portion, stale in a plastic bag. I think Chipotle beats you for that. You gotta have good chips with your meal

Not authentic mexican, but rather "fast food" mexican. Its a great place. My family enjoys eating here. They have a good selection of meats, toppings, and sauces. The seating is decent and usually pretty clean overall. The workers are pretty friendly. If you want some mexican "fast food" then this is your place!

Comparable to Chipotle in terms of what they have to offer but with a twist; you can put queso dip on your burrito as well as different types of sauces. Atmosphere is a bit old. A very casual place.
