Well, as service goes, the delivery drivers are always polite and cheerful. The food, on the other hand, isnt as memorable. The pizza is generally poorly made with little attention to what is actually ordered. Extra cheese? Well, you can pay for it, but you wont get it, unless you get a personal pan, and then they put so much on it, the pizza becomes almost inedible. The pizza is typically rushed through the oven, so their pan pizza is soggy - it lacks that crunchy edge and bottom that PH pan is known for. Their thin is only that. The crispy part is merely an illusion when it comes from this location. Id be willing to wait an extra 5 minutes to get what it is that I ordered and simultaneously cooked correctly. I have to give them an extra star for the attitude of the delivery drivers, but man, their pizza is incredibly lackluster. There are so many good pizza options, youd think that they try to at least fill the orders correctly to remain marginally competitive. I used to manage a kitchen. It really doesnt take much effort to be consistent in production and timeliness. The minimal food cost increase in making a decent product pays for itself in return business. Get it together, PH.

Dude, ok I know its rough on friday/saturday nights BUT when i FINALLY recieve my food I expect it to atleast taste good. You need to train your drivers that they dont just take every order because I could clearly tell the pizza I ordered at 8:51 that was done around 9:10 and picked up probably right after that was held in his car until it was delivered to me at 10:37pm! Cold old and crusty. Now everyone I try to call i get bounced back and forth and then nobody answers I was just on hold for 30 minutes and someone picked up tried to send me back to the same store where I got a disconnected tone! Bullshit dude straight bullshit.

The only reason Im giving one star is because I have to. DO NOT order delivery from this location! 2 weeks in a row we ordered delivery on a weeknight and both times it was over 20 minutes late. When I called, all they could say was "sorry about that." Im not one to get upset about having to wait but it shouldnt take an hour and thirty minutes to make a medium pizza and cinnamon sticks. I dont know if its the kitchen or the delivery drivers, but needless to say they will not be getting out business anymore.

Was just told they dont deliver to my address after weve ordered from here several times. They said if you would have you would be in our system.... First of all Ive worked for pizza hut and the first question supposed to be asked is our phone number. So she asked for our address and went on to lie to me over the phone. Some great c.s.r. they have tonight... Guess Saturday is too busy for them to the point of lieing to customers. Just ordered from them Thursday night.

Delivery took literally 2 hours. Called twice and was told it had left store and would be here in 20 minutes, called 30 minutes later and was told 20 more minutes. Was told by manager Amy that we would get 50% discount on next order, when we made next order was given $15 credit and as I type this we are 45 past due. Someone "spilled" some cheese on the pizzas and the pan crust is soggy from sitting around waiting to be delivered. Not ordering again.

Very poor customer service. Employees dont know/understand deals and specials. When we figured out the problem with our online order (we had to go into the store) I told the gentleman working that I was disappointed in the lack of clarity but that wed order anyway. He simply walked away from me and left me sitting there with no one to take my order. I left after five minutes of being ignored.

Response to Reviews- Kelly Spears: So youre rewarded for being impatient and youre not going back? Ive ordered from this location a time or two and never been given a discount. Must be nice. Some places have nights worse than others, sounds like you were the victim of that. Move on. Great reviews, love the it tastes like food comment. 5 stars. Would eat again.

Worst pizza Ive ever had tonight. Toppings so thin that most of a slice is only sauce and crust. Edge of my crust is wrong as well. This is unusual for this restaurant. I order a thin crust, veggie all the time. Extremely disappointed in what I received tonight.

Its a hit or miss with this pizza hut with great food. no consistency at all. Tonight we got delivery two large doughy pizzas. This has happened several times threw out purchases with this pizza hut. Wouldnt recommend over any other pizza place in hamilton

Pizza hut food quality but the restaurant is filthy. Seats and tables were sticky from lord only knows what. Pizza buffet was not being filled in a timely manner. Had to wait for cheese pizza and breadsticks staples on a pizza buffet.

I went to this pizza hut in hopes of the pizza I love but after just ordering drinks I seen a roach on our table after that I just left and went to the one in Fairfield on niles it is a lot cleaner and no roaches at that one

Cashier is a hateful young lady with an obvious attitude problem, ONE pizza took an hour and it was hard and greasy. Overall this was gross, and at least Dominoes delivers their pizzas on time and theyre made right.
