Thought I would try the wings and see how they were. I placed my order at Friday afternoon around 345, I was told my order would be delivered by 430. At 4:45, I called to check on my delivery order was told it should be arriving any minute and left a message for the manager to contact me. Again at 5:00, I called to check my order status, was told again it should be arriving any minute. Finally at 5:25, 45 MINUTES LATE it arrived. The delivery driver acted like it was a hassle for him to call the store in front of me. I was given $10. off my order... but it was late! My wings were old.... my fries were soggy and the garlic knots were hard. AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THE MANAGER.

Horrible service.I ordered on line and specified the time for pick up. I waited 20 minutes after my pick up time before my order was ready. When I complained it did no good, pretty much a shoulder shrug and "were busy". I took my pizzas without looking at them, they didnt bother showing me like usual. When I got home they were practically burned. Crispy even, and I didnt order thin crust which is the only crust that should be crispy. My childs cheese pizza was completely brown, the cheese had been cooked so long. I filled out an online complaint which also got me no where. I wasted 30 bucks on crappy pizza with crappy service. I will not return.

Placed an online order at 8:55pm. 10pm no pizza, 10:30pm no pizza. Called 3 times. Finally got in touch with the store manager who had no customer service skills. Blamed the store clock for being wrong. Said it would be here in 1hour 65minutes. Thats when I told them it should be complimentary. She said ok and that my refund would be issued in 3-5 days. On top of this the kids fell asleep without dinner. I had no courtesy call saying it was going to be this late. If I dont get my refund, I will call corporate. Would not recommend. Go to Dominos. Food finally arrived at 10:55pm (nearly 2 hours). I gave the driver a good tip, food was hot.

This Pizza Hut is the worst. The buffet is delicious, but chances are you want get to eat at the buffet because they never keep it filled with food. You get asked to order a pizza instead of the buffet. The reason is because the skanky employee Brandy asks you to do so. Brandy is an employee who cannot take stress and thinks she can talk to her customers anyway she wants. Shes wrong. Shes a nasty looking waitress who is very rude to her customers. If you want to ensure you get treated like crap and receive crappy service ask for Brandy as your waitress.

Nothing. We average an order from the Thomas Cross Roads location 1 to 2 times per week for the last 18 months. Tonight they tried to deliver to the wrong address then finally delivered cold pizza; not even luke warm. When we called to complain and get another order or refund, we were told to call back in 15 minutes because they were to busy. We then called back and got hung up on. Absolute worse service I have ever experienced and WILL NOT make that mistake again. Pepsi/ Pizza Hut/ Taco Bell/ KFC/ ect. has lost 4 customers.

Absolutely horrific service . Actually no service at all. We went in on a Friday night and no one acknowledged us. So we sat down and waited. Then two more families come in and sat. Immediately they were given menus and drinks. We waited for another 20 minutes or so and finally left. We were also the only black family present . No one acknowledged us as we walked out either. I wish I could give zero stars. Will never again give pizza hut any business and I will continue to share my experience .

If I could put a negative 100 star on this I would. The manager Angie spent the entire time I was there screaming at employees and customers. There is mold on the ceiling right above the tables and its run down. I used to go specifically, because the employees are so nice but obviously that has changed. Yelling at customers because their coupon is not the usual color and writing up employees wrongfully infront of the entire store is immature and irresponsible. I will be calling corporate.

I love Pizza Hut pizza, but the Newnan Pizza Hut has consistently had horrible quality and service. It is such a huge let down because I know that Pizza Hit has the capability of having delicious food, but the Newnan location has become a pitiful representation of the chains ability to serve quality food. Delivery time is awful, and more often than not, they leave out the sauces for which we paid, as well as the pizza being nearly raw and sloppy. Such a shame.

Waited an hour and a half, and tried for 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to cancel it. Called Marcos instead... Thanks for nothing! I wanted to make sure I wasnt charged since I didnt receive anything, waited on hold for another 14 minutes, ended up talking to a lady from the call center, and was told they cant refund my money... Definitely calling corporate in the morning

This is the nastiest pizza hut ever...the past 2 times weve ordered weve had thin pizza with barely any sauce, cheese, or topping. YESTERDAY we placed an order and we waited over an hour for 2 cold, tough, thin, stuffed crust that was tasteless. I dont see how this place is still open. I wish I couldve got my money back. Huge turn off!

Bad delivery service so we tried carry-out. They stuffed the crust with bacon, which was not requested, and the store kept putting us on hold and hanging up every time we called to order the right pizza. My husband had to drive back to get any response.

They tell you one price and then you get your ticket and its more then what they have told you and you ask about it and they say that our prices went up 2 years ago.i will not be going back and I am going to call the head people in the morning.

When I ordered my pizza my card was declined so I canceled the payment, 2 minutes later I call back and said I will just pay in cash when I received my pizza it looked as if someone picked up a slice and put it back, gross

Apparently they dont want any business. Stopped her on a Saturday. Theyre supposed to open at 11. We were there at 11:15 and they still hadnt unlocked the doors and wouldnt respond to knocking.

Always hot and fresh. Sometines you have to wait but they are extremely busy with carryout and delivery. The guy that is always at the front is always busy but so nice, I need to get his name.
