Ive been here multiple times and have had great experiences. The last the I went, I questioned the amount of meat that was put on my taco. The gentleman making my taco asked if I would like for it to be weighed out. I initially declined but ultimately went back to the counter to have it weighed. It was under weight for the amount they state they put in. They didnt offer to fix the problem with adding extra meat. The gentleman who fixed my taco asked if I wanted to speak with the supervisor. I was ultimately refunded. I enjoyed eating at this establishment but will never eat here again.... especially if the guy with the nappy red dreads is working.

I loved the burrito! Pricing is reasonable: competitive with Chipotle or Qdoba. The flavor is great- typically everything tastes the same at burrito places, but here there are several distinct flavor options, such as several unique and tasty salsas. For me (essentially vegetarian+fish) and my friend (vegan) there were a lot of options- I got the fried tilapia on my burrito, and it was fresh and not fishy at all. For vegans, you could choose the sweet potato option, lightly fried tofu, or one other that I forgot. We left full and happy. The chips are fried in house, and are thick and flaky and amazing.

I went into this restaurant right when I moved to Cincinnati thinking that it would be a nice start to find a decent Mexican place, as I looooove Mexican food. However! I was disappointed to find that what they serve isnt remotely even close to Mexican food! Their chimichangas dont have shredded meat, and their tortillas are far too fried. One of their burritos has some apple-type sauce on it - and believe me, it is nothing like I had in Mexico! Overall it was extremely subpar. If you want somewhat decent, somewhat ethnic Mexican food... well... youre better off with taco bell.

I just left this restaurant. I ordered 2 burritos and sat in the back booth by the restroom hallway. The soda machine area was noticeably dirty. Halfway through one of my burritos, a large bug appearing to be a cock roach crawled down the wall and into the booth I was sitting in. I promptly threw my food away and notified staff. While the food wasnt bad, the bug and filth will definitely prevent me from returning. Im thoroughly disgusted. The food isnt bad but the cock roach made it unedible.

Stopped in on a whim, and was instantly greeted with a smile. Told him I had never been there before and he explained the menu, suggested combinations, and was hastily friendly and polite to make sure I was happy. Decided on a steak burrito. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The rice was a little overdone, but not in any way to destroy the flavor. Overall, that was the best steak burrito Ive ever had. Ill be back soon to try more!

As good as always. Ive been coming here for about 15 years and their food is well made and delicious on the regular. I always get the Calypso chicken burrito. It has this amazing molasses sauce that I always get extra of. Its sweet savory and spicy with pineapple chicken. I am so in love with their house salsa too. You could make a cocktail with it. Its unique with almost a European vibe as it has a little vinegar in it. 5 stars all the way

Awesome quesadillas, def get the chicken one every time. Love the salsa, lots of cilantro and although the chips are different from the norm, an awesome mix up from the typical chips and salsa/quac you get anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and the boss himself, puts alot of hours in working and helping the staff, making sure everyone is happy with their food. One of my local favorites.

This is by far the best burrito place in cincinnati the flavors are out of this world. If you dont like this place then please find rock to crawl back under or you have bland taste buds. Great customer service as well the staff was super nice and didnt mind telling me what to order my 1st time in. The Calypso Chicken is one of the best things thats ever touched my pallet.

There were a number of vegetarian options. We went with the black beans and rice special that included a drink for just over $5.00. We also shared an order of their chips, which I highly recommend. The food was pretty good, though the burrito itself probably wasnt quite as good as a Chipotle vegetarian fajita. I recommend it.

Chipotle comparisons do this place a disservice. Treated like Chipotle, it is definitely worse, as the ingredients do not seem to be of the same caliber. However, Habanero has significantly more choice, including much spicier sauces. They also have many promotions when certain items are discounted on certain days.

I went here at the suggestion of a co-worker, and had a Hondo Arroyo. Ive never had such an incredibly bland burrito. The weird thing is it was somewhat hot, but other than that, it was like porridge in a tortilla. I also thought the salsa for my chips tasted like spoiled fruit.

The food is great, however, the place is kind of disorganized and the workers seem stressed every time I go. They also consistently forget to give me chips and salsa after Ive ordered and paid for them. I would recommend for the food, but dont expect super great service.

Not all of the burritos are $5 on Monday and thats not advertised anywhere and I didnt find that out until I had already placed my order and got to the register and a piece of sharp plastic was found in the food. Terrible overall customer service. Never going back.

This was absolutely the worst food i think Ive ever eaten... no where does it say its pre cooked food.. served with cold fixens.. they dont take everybodys order in your party at once so mine was made to sit and get cold while the other stuff is still cooking..

usually decent food. however a lot of turnover recently. Several new staff members have been rude, and not customer friendly, especially a skinny man with dark skin. I typically eat here at least once a week due to its convenience, but ill be looking elsewhere.

Habanero is my friend groups Taco Tuesday destination. We are never disappointed and they always have the same great tacos for just 2 dollars. A basket of their uniquely awesome chips is very affordable as well and can be shared with several people.

Good food, fair prices, a lot of food options to choose from such as burritos, tacos, chimichangas, quesadillas, etc, and way bigger portions than Chipotle, Moes, Hot Head, etc. The chips are fantastic as well. Definitely worth every penny.

Habanero is the absolute best burrito spot in Cincinnati. Max could charge $100 a burrito and I would pay it. Theyre that good. (Please dont take this idea and run with it. I dont want to be standing on the corner, begging for burrito money.)

This place never disappoints! Fresh homemade chips and salsa, delicious burritos, and fantastic tacos. The owner is local and present. I stop by this place anytime I can find an excuse to be in Clifton. I highly recommend this restaurant.
