This review is for Hannah an employee at the Houston Road location in Florence KY. The last 4 months have been rough for our family to say the least. We have endured the loss of my husbands job in October 2016, fighting for unemployment, damage to our home we are unable to repair due to finances, the tragic loss of loved ones, sickness with our 2 children & ourselves, family member in Hospice, the list goes on :( Today I spent close to 7-hrs at Cincinnati Childrens with our sick daughter. Being completely mentally & physically drained & not eating all day, I decided to drive through Chick-fil-A on our way home. After the last 4 months of struggles, my light has started to fade to darkness. When I went to pay for our dinner at the window, I encountered a very special employee, Hannah ♡ She was trying to verify our order was correct, I just couldnt process anything. I apologized & briefly explained we had a rough day at the ER. Hannah paid for one of our meals and said "Im very sorry for whatever it is your family is going through." I just had to take a moment to thank you Hannah for your random act of kindness! Not only did you brighten our day & give us hope that there are still kind & caring people in this world, you set an amazing example for my 8 year old daughter. Gianna has endured alot of sadness, sickness & great loss the last few months. I cant thank you enough! Thank you for being you & for bringing light back into our life ♡ Jessica Steckmeister- Smith

Seriously Good experience. Ususally in fast food all it takes to be outstanding is great service and good food; of which there was an abundance. The place was packed and I still received my food before I put my receipt in my wallet. I credit the small things for my good experience as well? (see below) Im a sucker for condiments. I asked for 2 different kinds of nuggets sauce and received 3 different sauces. (barbecue, honey mustard, and honey barbecue) The Oversized Ketchup packets are awesome! They should be the standard? AND the "bendy straw" sealed the deal. I was then very very happy.

I stupidly picked dress like a cow day to go here, NOT dressed like a cow, unfortunately. I waited in a 15 minute line and ordered a simple "4 #1 combos". Another 10 minutes later I was given 4 chicken sandwiches without fries, because the meals werent rung up as combos. Then I was told I would have to wait in the long line again and order fries and pay for them EVEN THOUGH EVERY PERSON IN KENTUCKY WAS THERE EATING FOR FREE WHILE IN COW GETUPS! Very unhappy with my poor customer service experience, made it feel as cheap as a trip to McDonalds. When YOUR employee screws up, dont fault the customer!

There was a line all the way around the building so we went in & stood in line. We waited a short time for our food which we expected. When we received it the Sandwich was barely warm & my strips were cold. The fries were also cool. We both were hungry & didnt want to wait again! I ask to speak to a manager which was Tiffany. She apologized but just said "next time we will remake it" we knew that! Does she not get you expect your food to be hot after waiting & dont want to wait again!!! Very disappointed!! Probably wont ever go there again!!

I stopped in to Chick-fil-A to feed my kids in between dance practice and football practice I was in line for 15 minutes there was hardly any cars at that time I cannot believe it took so long I have been in your line when its been completely wrapped around the building twice and was still not there for 15 minutes left theyre very frustrated and late for my kids football also late picking daughter up from dance will reconsider definitely before going there next time to make sure this does not happen again

First off, I give the place a 4.5/5 stars. The help is friendly, and everything runs efficiently - even during their quite substantial rushes Ive rarely waited inside or in drive thru more than 10 minutes. The food always seems fresh. That being said, it is still a chain restaurant - if youve ever been to chick fila you should know what to expect, and inside gets fairly noisy during the rushes. Its kid friendly, which means you will hear screaming kids inside in the afternoon.

We can all agree Chic Fil A is awesome and always busy, but this location is constantly the bane of my morning no matter how far in advance I plan to satisfy my craving for a chicken biscuit. The front of house is entirely too slow and when you get to the front theyre out of what you waited 20 minutes in line for with no sufficient alternative offered or discount applied for my wait and inconvenience. Constantly disappointed.

As usual, this is a typically outstanding fast-food with great customer service and a wonderful fried chicken sandwich! The service is excellent here. The staff were quick, even though they apologized for the delay. The store was quite clean, despite the many children running back and forth to the play area dropping napkins in the way chickens drop feathers! Easily accessible and close to lots of shopping and the interstate.

Truly one of the best eating experiences in Florence. Every worker Ive ever encountered has been nothing but kind, friendly and efficient. If youve never tried ordering via their app, you are missing out. You can walk in to pick up your order or choose curb-side, which is what I usually do. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my food--even on rainy or snowy days. Its my favorite part of Chick-fil-A!

Clean with excellent service. Salads are great. Soup is great. Breakfast is good. Not big on the chicken and fries part of the menu but that is a matter of taste. The bathroom is my gold standard for judging other restaurants. A+. The awesome customer service makes this one of our regular stops. The only ding would be the parking lot navigation but that is minor compared to the pluses. 5 stars!

First time there. Did not tell me what was going on just handed me a cone. Finally figured out to just go sit down. Not that that helped lady was new bringing the food and walked passed me and my wife 4 times with us waving at her asked a table full of men "is this amanda" finally my eife just tracked her down.. who would of guessed food was cold.

Every time Ive gone here the customer service has been excellent and the food has been delicious. Even when packed, the staff manages to get the orders right and they get your food to you quickly. It seems like there is always a long line around the drive-thru at lunchtime, so they must be doing a lot of things right.

This place is excellent! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS smiling, and ALWAYS fast to serve you. The food always comes out fast, hot, and tastes fresh (and delicious)! I am seriously addicted to this food! When it comes to a high quality product and great customer service, Chick-fil-a definitely tops my list!

Cant believe a CFA could be this bad. No cookies. Why? Burned them. Every meal we ordered was incorrect. Asked for no pickle...got em. Asked for a chocolate shake and they gave us peppermint. Asked for nuggets and we got those filet things. Gross. This location needs to hit the reset button.
