This place is great. Eaten there a bunch of times and had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Nikki Ashbrook. I had my preconceived notions squashed, she was cool, funny and super down to earth. This place has a ton of people in and out but still finds the time for personal service. Thats rare in big chain restaurants, typically the only time youll talk to a manager is when youre whining about some little screw up that uit should really ignore. So many people complain about the most insignificant problems but wont give props when theyre due. Great atmosphere, always have great service, delicious food and comfortable seating! Will definitely come back again and again, top shelf spot!!

Staff was exceptional! First time to BWW and it was today, Friday at around 6pm. We didnt wait but 5min max to be seated. We had a full round of appetizers, entrees, a few rounds of drinks, and several minutes to let it all settle...all within an hour. By the time we paid the check and left there was QUITE a line of people waiting to be seated, but...the everyone on the staff we encountered were attentive and very informative. The "CAPTAIN", I think his name was Logan, even sat with us momentary to chat, and checked on us regularly. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, was awesome! Good job BWW of Bridgewater Falls!

I cannot review the "service" aspect of this location as we ordered our food to-go. The food was hot and prompt upon pickup. I ordered the boneless wings which had just the right amount of sauce and heat. My husband ordered the Big Jack Daddy Burger and he was very pleased. Our daughters kids meal (we ordered her the burger) was ok. It didnt come standard with any condiments or garnishes but she ate it so i suppose it was pleasing to her 2 year old pallate. The fries were bland and greasy so we ended up throwing them all away, though. They also forgot the drink that came with the kids meal which was a bit disappointing.

We were seated quickly Even though it was busy. But we did sit without being greeted for quite sometime. Once the server got to our table she was very apologetic. No one told her she had a table and I was very pleased with how she responded, how management responded in giving us a discount off of our meal, even though it wasnt a huge deal. Things happen- but the food came out, was amazing and the service there after was great as well. Really goes to show how they value their customers. We will definitely return.

Bryan is not the server you want. He did not pay attention to us from the moment he obtained our orders until it we requested our checks. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive and we were the 2nd party in the restaurant after it opened. Bryan sat down and was speaking with his colleagues more than staying attentive to our requests. My order was incorrect, since he was not paying attention. He was attentive to receiving the check though.

Unacceptable service. Went there on a Saturday afternoon, not too busy. Sat down and began to wait. Ask to be moved to another booth and got the cold shoulder. Waitress walked past us 5 minutes later like we never existed. Finally moved and started waiting again. 7 waitresses were standing outside the kitchen doing nothing. We waited. Finally after 15 minutes a really nice waitress ask for our drinks. Ridiculous.

Cold wings,twice,did not eat them ,cold tater tots.server fine. Went to pay bill got a getto response from the lady( not really sure she was a lady) sitting on the counter ,who ran away when she heard I had a complaint. Will never eat there again and will tell everyone about the service I received. Could not give less than one star

Take out food is too often old, and seems as if it has been sitting for a while. Eating in is no problem. Ive called a manager there, and made my complaint, still no improvement. Order from there 3+ times a week, and there is no excuse why by chance you cant even get a near fresh order.

I come here frequently for food to go and it is usually ready within 10 minutes. The food is good and hot, and I would recommend the restaurant to others. Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes for somebody to show up to even seat or take your order, which can be a killer if youre in a rush.

Good place for wings...if you are not a sports fan you should probably order to go. Food is consistently pretty good. Just know your getting into (sports bar) territory. Service is usually pretty good as well.

They allow smoking on the patio unless someone complains. Patios are covered by the smoking ban passed in 2006 and I was informed that they are "still adjusting to the change in the law"

Went to this one with a few friends for a drink this one is a really nice one with a lot going on around to. Great service. Its one of the biggest ones ive been to.

Had one of the samplers and it was pretty good but the outside table was sticky and could not be completely cleaned. Some sort of a weird coating.
