I went in with a group of friend on New Years Eve. Before sitting down my bf tells me to go the the bar to get a drink with him. I was very indecisive in wether I wanted a lemon drop or beer. I was going back and forth while the bartender made drink orders for other servers. Finally decided in a lemon drop. I turnt around to go to my table and I spilled a little bit of my drink. My bartender told my sever they could not serve me anymore drinks because he thought I was intoxicated. I asked to speak with the manager told her I only had 1 drink, didnt pregame, I wasnt slurring I was very coherent, manager determined I deff was fine to have a drink. But I WAS EMBARRASSED. I had one drink and was told in front of all my friends I was cut like if I were some alcoholic or a person who gets turnt in a family restaurant. I did not receive an apology, all I got was an ok to continue drinking and of course I did not. The food was ok. The server was good. But this situation was handled inappropriately. Before ever embarrassing a person because they are "intoxicated" management should come over and see for themselves if its true before allowing such accusation. My server even told the manager and bartender her thought I was fine and still I was CUT. The only reason I called management was to defend myself. Keep your drinks , keep your food.

I was in total shock. If you order something as simple as spaghetti, you get very little sauce and the meatballs do not even taste like beef. I had to ask the server what they were made of and they said "yes it is beef but for some reason it has a strange flavor that takes some people time to get used to". The best way I could describe it was that it was possibly made of Alpo dog food! God they were horrible. After eating just one it made me sick so I sent the rest back. The only part of the meal that was even edible was the cheese bread. Also, for some strange reason this is supposed to be a place that serves spaghetti and Italian food but the inside is decorated like a German Fest house. WTF??? They did at least give me half off the horrible meal but if its so bad that it makes you sick, no discount is enough to get me to go back and ever eat there again. I really cant understand what sort of person still shows up at this place.

Went on Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was slow with plenty of open tables. The hostess, who had an attitude, wanted to seat us at a table right on top of an occupied table. I requested a booth and her response was that it was in a different servers section. I said "really?" She turned around and walked away leaving us standing in the middle of the floor. We walked back to the hostess stand and another hostess took us to the requested booth. Our server was very pleasant, although inexperienced. My sons salad tasted like a plastic bag and the fillet medallions were as thin as a dollar bill. As we were eating, another server bussed a table near us. The noise she made throwing dishes into the bus pan was ridiculous. Finally, upon leaving, we walked through the lobby area only to hear a male server swearing and talking about hes "basically in the negative with work today." We will not be back...

Ok, so Imma be honest the adult meals didnt come with a drink so I had to get a kids meal. I got the fetticiene alfredo and it only came with one scoop and hardly any sauce. At first the sauce tasted very bland and awful, but I warmed up to it after adding salt, pepper, and cheese. Oh and I ordered more sauce. They had comfy waiting seats although I didnt have to use them I sat for a bit anyways. I got to sit in the cute little train which was fun. Me and my sister in law scribbled all over the kids menu and it was a blast. All the meals cane with ice cream as well. My over all opinion is that I would rather go to Olive garden.

Unfriendly staff. We had a party of 14 and they couldnt seat is together. When we asked why the manager became very rude with us in front of all the kids. She said they could only seat 12 together. We said when did you start doing this we were just here in December. She said Janauary. We also had a reservation and when I made this reservation they never said anything about not seating us together over the phone. Had we known this we would not have bothered.

The hostess and manager were incredibly rude making us wait over 10 minutes in a non crowded restaurant for a table because they did not want to use any clean tables they were waiting for a table of 6 to open up. The food was alright, the service wasnt terrific but wasnt bad either clearly she did not enjoy her job. Salad dressing does not need to drowned lettuce you should be able to have a happy mix of dressing and lettuce instead of a plate of dressing.

Ate here with my wife today Sept 30 2012. The food was very good. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out with professional precision. Our apps were on the table within 10 minutes and as soon as we were finished the entrees were not far behind. Well managed, nice decor, and quality food. I had the crab raviolis which tasted fresh and were very lumpy. Definitely will be returning here with the kids and rest of the family!

I was here for a Murder Mystery dinner so I cant review an everyday meal here, but it was a pretty good place to host an event like the Murder Mystery. The food was good and the service was pretty good for a crowd like that. My only complaint would be that the room wasnt really big enough for the crowd at the event, but thats more of a comment on the Murder Mystery company than Old Spaghetti Factory itself.

Have eaten here several times. Always a bad experience on weekends and holidays. Better if you go during the week. Manager and blond hostess need replaced. Poor management of staff and rude, argumentative approach with customers. We walked out this last time to dine somewhere more inviting and friendly. Shame because the food and value of what you pay is really good.

Came here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. While the food was delicious, the staff seemed unprepared for our party, though there was a reservation and details laid down well before our arrival. Still, a party of 28 is not easy to handle no matter the situation. Decent wine selection and pretty good space. Am interested to try this resteraunt as a standard customer.

We do not have an Old Spaghetti Factory in Atlanta. Ive not eaten here since living in IL over 10 years ago. So when we drove by and noticed it, I almost jumped out of the car. I was not disappointed! The food was soooooo delicious. I ordered two meals so that I could take one home with me. The service was fantastic and timely!

Disappointed- I thought this might be on the same level as carrabas, Olive Garden, maggianos, or bucca de beppo... Sadly its not even close. Very low quality food, unprofessional staff yelling to each other across the restaurant, and also, kind of a dingy place, that left me wondering about possible health code violations.
