We have been a fan of Waffle House for quite some time now. This is a newly opened place - based on other reviews it seems it had terrible reviews and went for remodeling. Well, it seems the remodeling is paying off well. We went at about 1 in the night and the place was buzzing with the crowd. Food: We have been fans of Waffle Houses Egg & Cheese and this place lives up to the reputation. We ordered 2-Eggs and a Pecan Waffle with Peanut Butter. Both of them were great. I am also a fan of their portions which are just right unlike IHOP where they have loaded plates and a loaded bill too. So, if youre not VERY hungry and want to eat something quick without putting a hole in your pocket, Waffle House is the place for you. Ambiance: The ambiance is nice - very clean and bright. They have these black and white photographs from old times which speaks about the history of the place. It is always great to know the history of the place in pictures. Service: The service was good. Although the lady could have smiled a little but apart from that, no loose ends in the service. It looks like they also had an expediter to make sure the orders are delivered quick enough and it went pretty much like that for us. The food and the coffee and the juice arrived pretty quick. Overall, a nice place based on my experience. Definitely worth a try.

Honestly. I have worked in food service. This is one of the by far filthiest restaurants Ive ever ate in. Wore no gloves and touched my sandwich. Used the same dirty rag to clean stovetop, counters, and utensils. Sprayed the floor with the dish sprayer and then used a broom to push around piles of food and nasty water. Saw an employee preparing my food "wash his hands" only once. Only for three seconds. Saw one lady scratching her behind. I did not see a single employee wearing gloves. Went straight from touching dishes and cleaning to touching my sandwich. Scratched his face a few times. The whole area was filthy. I made the mistake of being brave and eating and now I feel sick. Hashbrowns tasted like an unclean stove. Waiter was very friendly so still paid for my meal and tipped decent but will never eat there again and hope no one else ever does until new management or training or health department visits or hiring more competent employees or whatever it takes to get this place clean again.

I have to start off with the place was clean, the people theyre friendly. How ever the real reason why I went there was the food which was the problem. Our waitress didnt follow direction when we explained how we wanted our food cooked, not to mention EVERYTHING was over cooked some even burnt. I would not recommend this location to anyone nor will I be returning. Definitely worth the drive to FT Wright location.

The most notable thing about this waffle House was our waitress, Ryan. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. She was easy to talk to and fun. The head cook was equally as awesome. Brought menus out that you wouldnt know existed if it werent for him. He smiled and was friendly as can be. The good came quick and as ordered. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Having a just completed a much-needed overhaul, this Waffle House location is often busy. That said, the staff when Ive been there has been attentive and the food has been quite good. Im still not sure Id want to visit at 2am but for breakfast I was pleasantly surprised by how good the whole experience was.

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Guest walking behind counter by food prep area with no hat or hair net, wearing shorts. Cook handling food without gloves. Service extremely slow. Last time I go to this location, store 502.

I had a very wonderful time being around the staffs. The meal was wonderful and environment within the restaurant was conducive. Kudos to everyone on call when I visited. Will definitely call back again whenever Im in Kentucky

The waitress CeeCee was rude, loud, ghetto, disrespectful and doesnt know how to talk to guests. She also threw dishes in the sink and cursed in front of customers, the cook had to ask her to stop it.

Its open again, 11-5-16, seems cleaner, food came out quick and as expected from Waffle House. Staff was helpful. Fairly decent Waffle House now that its been restaffed and remodeled
