Food is always great, however I cringe whenever my boyfriend and I sit at the bar and Jessica is working. The first time Jessica ever took our food/drink order she was very stand offish and we had to inquire for everything. Whether it was silverware, refills, etc. We disregarded the fact she was a tad bit rude, but the second time we went to olive garden and sat at the bar with her servicing us was a deal breaker! My boyfriend and I will NEVER come to this location again, which is unfortunate because we live locally and have to travel much further to get to another one. The restaurant had a wait so we decided to sit at the bar. We were the only ones there. We patiently waited for her to acknowledge us (I guess she was organizing her bar area). After about 5 minutes she finally said "what do you want". Not only is that an unprofessional way to ask for our drink order, but she said (I say "said" instead of "asked" for a reason) it in a VERY rude and unwarming tone. We brushed it off and told her what we wanted, and explained to her how we wanted to eat at the bar because of the wait time. She gave us our drinks and we asked for a couple menus. She threw 2 menus our way and I was completely shocked at that moment. How could anyone be so rude? Not to mention the fact her job is all about customer service. We tried to shake it off, but as another Ccouple sat down she brightened up and was EXTREMELY polite and warming. Suggested appetizers, gave silverware, handed them food menus, engaged in conversation, the whole 9. At this point my feelings were kind of hurt. We both felt judged the moment we sat down and now it was totally clear that she didnt want us there. I know I shouldnt let these things get to me, but I just couldnt help it. We got up and left without ordering any food. I will never I repeat NEVER COME BACK.

First off, the carpet smells. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the stench of moldy, unsanitary carpet. Fortunately, the bar area, where I was seated did not have carpeted floors so the odor was less noticeable while I was eating my meal. Because we were seated in the bar area we were waited on by the bartender. I understand this because it was around 4 oclockish, and she was probably one of the few available servers, however; her demeanor and style of service were abrupt and downright unfriendly. My friend and I both ordered the soup and salad lunch special. Our food was good, and the bartender did a fair job of making sure we had enough salad and soup, but the way she went about it made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her in asking for more. Overall, this Olive Garden is similar to all of the others I have been to. The food is good, and generally, so is the service. While food is easily regulated from franchise to franchise, employees are less so. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. This is just one of those gambles you take whenever eating out.

I am a frequent customer with my granddaughter we have cherished our meals at Olive Garden together. This review is for our visit on 5/11/2013 about 6:30 pm. We ordered stuffed chicken Marcella, we could not eat the potatoes and I complained about them. When I went to pay by bill I saw it was over $30.00 for water 1 meal and a desert. We had been charged $5.95 for a second salad which we never had. The manager kept explaining it was "Corporate" policy. I told him we come here all the time and are never charged for a 2nd salad since we are only served the 1 salad portion. Eventually the manager realized I was the one that complained about the potatoes. He apologized for not coming over but he was really busy. Eventually he did say “if you want I can take the salad off your bill, but it is corporate policy. By this point I was done! He never offered any concessions for the potatoes we could not / did not eat. I signed by bill and told him we would not be back! This is the second time I’m publishing this same review as the first review was removed.

The food is almost always good, the service is usually fine. However we visited today and were seated in the "Sunday Room". A dining area thats only open on Sundays to (I assume) accommodate the church crowd. Well, we were the first guests in this room today, and one would expect it to be presentable, seeing as its only open one day a week. However, we were greeted with cobwebs, spiders, and a worm not 5 feet from our table. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, she blamed their air system, claiming their vents blew so much dust and dirt into the air that the dining area could be filthy in a matter of 2 days. Wouldnt suggest visiting unless you want a healthy topping of dirt in your food.

The food was great. We waited 15 minutes for our server to greet us. When I finally got up and went to the bar to find them did she come out of the back. Then our server did not say sorry or offer any condolence. (which would of made me very happy) We wanted dessert as well but waited again for our server to return. I was thankful for the "thing" on the table so I could pay my bill and leave. I will be back because of the food. However if the same girl comes to our table I will move to the bar. I am a server I know we all have bad days. But to serve some days we are called to be actors as well. It was a date night for me and my husband we still had a wonderful time!

The food was pretty good tonight. I got the northern tour of Italy. Im giving a 3 out of 5 instead of 2 because of that. Walking towards our table I noticed right away a disgusting smell. It was like something got into the carpet and they tried to clean it or cover it up and it just wasnt working. Then when leaving I went to use the restroom. Ive seen some pretty disgusting restrooms, but in a restaurant that charges add much add they do for a meal, this was the worst Ive ever seen. Water all over the floor, overflowing trash cans, terrible smell, and they were not busy. The service from our waitress Samantha and the food are the only reason I would go back.

Went Sun 7/31 about 7:30 PM, never got seated. The lady wasnt even communicating with the people waiting so I had no idea what the problem was. No "Be right with you".... nothing. The place was hardly busy either. The wait staff even seemed ready to serve but the seater just wasnt cutting it. We left, and several other people got up from the waiting area and left too. Anybody can have a bad day but a little communication goes a long way.

I dont understand how most businesses can succeed now days. I feel that customer service has went down the drain. I am sitting here in the waiting area of olive garden for 30 min now with 20 other people. And the problem isnt the wait it is that there are enough empty table to seat all the families that are here waiting. I dont get it hire more people if you dont have enough staff to operate you restaurant.
