The people are always wonderfully nice and helpful the food however has taken a downturn, the new grilled chicken nuggets for kids tastes awful, soups tastes like it was pored out of a box. A warning, the play area is a danger zone for small children because so many of the kids are unattended and some are too large for the equipment, parents if you have very little ones I recommend going inside the play area with your children. do not go on family night danger zone. to end on a positive note its nice that you can turn in the kids meal toy for an ice cream cone.

We were there yesterday afternoon and watched a woman chew out an employee about a minor mistake while her husband videoed it for sport. They were so shockingly rude I couldnt fathom someone treating another human being that way. I was so impressed with the way the employee handled herself. She was incredibly kind and respectful, everything the woman was not. My estimation of the manager/supervisor went up by 1,000%.

I love bringing my 2 year old here to play but the employees need to enforce the play area rule. Kids that are NOT toddlers shouldnt be playing in the play area. My son got slapped by a girl who was probably around 7..so not only did she hurt him and leave a mark on his face, these older kids are also teaching younger kids bad habits. Also shame on their lazy parents! Take them to Chuck E. Cheese instead!

This is how long it takes to get to the ordering speaker at 8:15 pm with only 5 cars in front of you. Got to the ordering speaker and ordered at 8:25 (after 10 minutes in que) and received my food at 8:35. This location is NOT quick at all. Plan a total of 20 minutes for the whole drive thru experience. Avoid if you are in a time crunch. Poor management.

I love all Chick-fil-A restaurants, but I am always impressed by the one here on Stringtown Rd. Every time I have went either inside or through the drive-thru, it has been a great experience with friendly staff and my orders being correct when I receive them! Great job! I couldnt ask for a better staffing or environment from Chick-fil-A!

This was my very first time ever eating at a Chick Fil A. I made a statment about it & an employee immediately gave me suggestions asked if I had any questions & even gave me a sample of the ice cream!! While I didnt care for the tenders too much its a very kid friendly place so for that reason alone I will return!!

Uniforms were modest, food , service, atmosphere very pleasant. Music was not loud or offensive. No tattoos or piercings on servers, which makes food much more appealing and sanitary. Prices are right. Traveling this summer, and will be dining at Chick file A. Appreciate the Christian principles of the owners.

Chick-fil-A is hands down the best fast food restaurant out there, imo. Love their nuggets, tenders, sammiches, waffle fries, breakfast, and sauces! Spotless restaurants, crowded, but they work fast, and the employees are always just so darn nice! I wish there was one closer to me!

The staff and service is exemplary! I have never been dissatisfied at any Chick-fil-a. The food is always piping hot. Everything appears fresh. This is how fast food should be. I also respect that they are closed on Sundays. Im sure the employees appreciate it as well.

Happened to stop by today as it was near our hotel. Was a very busy rush and customers handled that gracefully. Didnt wait long for our food and it was bought to our table which was nice. Very clean bathrooms and all. Ideal standard of how a business should operate.

This Chick-fil-A is downright awesome! Youre always greeted with a smile and a clean dining room. The food is always hot & fresh and meets my expectations. Been here more than a dozen times and will definitely keep coming back! Highly recommended!

We had to give order to person standing outside which went very well but check your bags cuz they dont give you your condiments and she said at window they were in bag but NOT!!! TRAFFIC WAS HORRIBLE IN GROVE CITY!! NO TURNING BACK :(

Drive-Thru attendants are always pleasant and accurate. I have only ever had 1 time that something wasnt 100% correct. Food is good and service is pretty quick.
