This is the first time that Ive given this location my business in about 20 years. The last time that I was there the waitress didnt seem to know what she was doing and only asked us if we wanted an appetizer minutes before the meal arrived. Needless to say that they both arrived at the same time. This time I ordered two pizzas and there are two serious concerns: 1) The pizzas were both a bit dry and close to being burned. 2) The sauce was missing to the degree that if it were rubbed into ones shirt ala the clowns at the carnival booth. Youd likely have to look hard to find "red" on your shirt. I now know why forensic shows are so popular. "Wheres the sauce??!!"

If your from outta town. Just an FYI they dont deliver. Good thing I had a rental car. Food was alright. They were busy and had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my pizza which made it not so warm by the time I got back to the hotel and I was only 2 miles away. There should have been another worker helping with pick up orders. I got back to hotel and they had not giving me the icing nor sauce for any bread sticks. Frustrating. So that is why I rated it a 2.5.

Placed a pick-up order 2 hours ahead of time, because today is superbowl game day. However the staff had no clue what order they were working on. The manager hid in the back and did not bother to help or assist customers. Manager was even dressed unprofessionally. They delayed everyones order by 45min. On a day like this they should have had it together, unacceptable.

Went there with my friends who were vegetarians and I dont eat pork. We told the server that we werent going to eat meat. First, the waitress messed up our appetizer order. Then, she brought out the wrong drinks. And when our pizza came, there were tiny bacon bits hidden under the cheese. Needless to say we were really upset and left. Ive never been back there again.

Always great...my personal favorite for at least the last twenty five to thirty years... I am 40 n remember family dinner there at 8 n I carry the tradition of pizza night with my children even though they are almost grown.. Im going NOW.... Kudos Guys for keeping me happy because I have always been picky about my pizza and all ARE compared to your restaurant... xoxo

We ordered 2 pizzas. We got one after 30 min with the garlic bread we ordered. We got the second pizza over an hour later. We dinned in! They claimed the oven stoped working but they keept servng pizza to people that came in after us. I wont come back. I drove out of detroit to get better service. I guess pizza hut is just poor service all around.

Not happy! I ordered 4-personal pan pizzas, without cheese. Due to, severe lactose intolerance, some how the pizzas where crossed comtaminated. After eating 2 of the pizzas, I barely made to the bath room. Very disappointed in this order! The previous other times I had ordered, this did not happen.

Ive first came there along with my older brother with the group from the agency back in January of 2015 during the cold snowy weather. The buffet meals were definitely off the chain! Ill probably go there again since Cicis Pizza is closed down for good.

Waited too long to even place an order and the food took even longer. Our waiter didnt even write down our order and then brought us all the wrong food. Saw a few people walk out, I love pizza hut but this location is a shame.

Salad bar was VERY sparse. Two types is lettuce red onion beets no bacon bits no sunflower seed but four bowls of breadcrumbs. French Dressing was like glue. It was so thick and heavy it wouldnt come off the ladle.
