Good prices and nice atmosphere but the waitress Kim never smiles and if you ask her for something, she will go doodle around with 15 other things first and then you have to remind her and then its like you dare to question the great and powerful OZ?! I have been going to that Pizza Hut since 1980 and the pizza is good but the last time I was in there just a couple weeks ago in 10-2013 they only had one person working in the kitchen and one person waiting tables and one driver and the place was jam packed during lunch! And the waitress Kim was so slow and lax and that was the only bummer. They really need at least 2 or 3 waitresses during their lunch buffet days when the place is standing room only and you have to wait to get a table. Its just too much for one waitress to handle--especially someone who isnt very outgoing. Now the Pizza Hut in Woodhaven has Lisa and she is a super good waitress. Kim needs to go take some lessons from Lisa in Woodhaven. Ill continue to go there cause of the good food and low prices, but if you want a good waitress, go to the Woodhaven location.

I ordered the fab $5 deals with the boneless chicken wings, garlic knots, and chocolate chip cookie. Had to not forget the all meat stuff crust pizza that was delicious!!!! But even after all of that one thing remained most obvious, our waitress kaleana was thee nicest sweetest most professional young lady Ive had serving me in a long time. She kept up with our table plates that were done, drinks never empty, and gave us the full low down on all the deals. Thank you Southgate pizza hut for hiring an amazing waitress name Kaleana. Not sure if I spelt it right!!!!

I am doing this review after a pizza I got about 10 minutes ago. I paid 13 bucks for this round piece of shite, and a 3 dollar tip. I ordered a nice pepperoni and ham, stuffed crust, after a long 12 hour shift of work, and having to come home to my lazy a$s boyfriend who did nothing all day. The pepperoni and ham were hard as a rock. The sauce was not even there. It was as dry as an old ladies vag. I swear every time I order from here its shite. This is the last time. Just dont do it. Should have pick up a $5 hot and ready.

Have to pay extra so you actual get a pizza that has what you would expect that you get anywhere else. If you dont get extra cheese then half of the pizza doesnt have cheese. They fill the sauce cups halfway. You can maybe do 2 breadsticks with what they give you. Every time I order I have complained about this and they send more out. This time I put it in the notes and they still did not fill them. Come on. Way over priced. Really surprised Pizza Hut hasnt went out of business yet.

Walked in was asked if I was dining in, said yes. From behind the counter the staff handed a menu told me to find a seat. Went to a table and then proceeded to wait 10 minutes, no one came to check on us or take any order. However, another family came in and was assisted before us. Got up and left, never to return.

I got a Stuffed Garlic Knot Pizza and it was definitely a disappointed, the knots were barely stuffed and the pizza was very thick. I also ordered a Hershey triple chocolate chip brownie and it which tasted fine until I found a long piece of HAIR!! Im done with pizza hut.

Got wings and pizza here on the way to see a friend. The stuffed crust is awesome. They have decent pizza and if you get a coupon its that much better. Sign up for their email and you can snag it sometimes for even 50% off.

Good flavor, plenty of toppings. There is one rule about pizza, however. Its gotta be hot! Most customers are willing to wait. We could tell right away that it was underdone.
