This place used to be good. I dont know what happened to the staff here but the last 3 times I have tried to order Something went wrong everytime. Yesterday was the last straw for me and will never return. All we had ordered was a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni... and 2 things of boneless wings. We had placed our order at around 5:40... an hour went by... no delivery. Original wait time was 35 minutes we were told. So I call, they said the driver had showed and they charged my card. No one came to my door. They said they would remake it and send it back out. I said that was fine.. another hour goes by... no order. So I call again, and get the same girl as the first time. She says that again the driver had taken my order and it should have been there but I didnt receive my order. Why would I have wasted hers and my time calling if I had received it? So for the THIRD time she said it needed to be remade and sent back out... at this point I am livid and I actually had my boyfriend go pick up the order rather than wait again. We were both not feeling well. We got our order for free and a 20 dollar credit. Supposedly..... if that credit was even put on there. The last time my order was messed up they were supposed to out a credit on and never did. Even worse they had the orogonal.delivery driver waiting up front when my boyfriend arrives so he could tell us he was at our door. My question for that driver: dont you have more "deliveries" to make? Why you standing there to prove a point?

I try to be fair. I worked at a Pizza Hut for a time, and know that it is not easy. I also try to be gracious. Everyone has a bad/busy/crazy night that can skew your perception. I also realize you order from Pizza Hut not for the gourmet pizza but for the speed and convenience. Yet after maybe a dozen times going here, I have to say this is not only the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever gone to, it might be the worst pizza place period. Every time, food is late, or cold, or wrong. Last time I went (the time I swore was my last time Id go), there were 20 people in the lobby waiting for service and no one could get their butts out of the back. Then when they finally came out, they acted like we, the customers, were bothering them! Tonight is definitely my final time visiting this establishment. I ordered online, and gave them about 5 extra minutes before going in. They hadnt even started my order of wings. They said, "We just dropped them in, do you want to wait?" Uh, yea, I paid for them didnt I? After waiting an additional 10 minutes, the manager came out and told me they hadnt started cooking them yet! So, they finally put them in. 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be done, I finally got to walk out of the building. If you want delicious pizza, go anywhere else. If you want quick and easy pizza, go anywhere else. If you want great service, go anywhere else. If you go here, youve been warned.

Pizza was 20 minutes late and cold, and it wasnt very good pizza. I ordered online and then called the store after my pizza was 8 minutes late. They tried to say they have problems with their online ordering but the email I was sent listed their store and phone number. Eventually they admitted they had my order and that it had been dispatched. Right after I hung up with them the delivery driver called saying he couldnt find my street even though he was able to find the entry street to my area and my street is 20 yards away from where the entry street dead ends. I told the guy how to get here and it still took him 10 minutes. Everybody else has had no problem finding my address. Pizza hut needs a technology upgrade apparently, and pizza making lessons.

Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza.i just ordered 56 dollars worth from the grove city location .im sad to say it was the worst pizza orders I have ever received.first I called to see if they delivered to this location and the female that answered the phone without checking instantly said no than hung up on me I. So I check on line and they do deliver to this location so I ordered onlin.the pizza looked like it was put through a shredder before delivery. There was no crust under the pizza. They must have ripped a hole in the dough and instead of starting over they just dressed it anyways. Judging by the reviews and lack of response not even the management cares...sad...sad...sad.on the plus side the driver was nice.

There is a list of things that makes this place the worst pizza place ever. 1. Terrible service 2. Worst pizza in Grove City! (thin, soggy and super greasy, our dog wouldnt even eat it) 3. Was overcharged for what i ordered, and DIDNT even receive everything i ordered (under served and overpaid) 4. The lobby and every single table was dirty 5. They werent busy at all only my table and another table, it took 5 mins to get our drinks, another 15 mins for bread sticks and 30 to get our pizza Overall this place is very unprofessional, poor quality food, and they will mess up your order, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:-I

The delivery time when placing online orders is never correct. Ours last night was 55 minutes. 45 minutes past that, we got our cold pizza. We called when it was 20 minutes late and were told it just left with the driver 5 minutes before. So it was 15 minutes late when the driver left the Hut. No one called or emailed to say it would be late or to see if we still wanted it. I recommend always picking up your order. We will now since we are merely 12 minutes away. Lesson learned.

Food was good, very good. The service was fine as well despite them only appearing to have two people However the first set of plates, cups, and utensils we were given were filthy, with dried food stuck to them,and red plastic floating in my glass. When I asked for replacements, the server was apologetic and got us our replacement dishware with little wait. However the silverware was just as disgusting and I advised the people I was eating with to not use them.

This used to be my favorite pizza place to go to some years ago. Now, I pretty much expect my order to be wrong and am pleasantly surprised if it isnt. No one in my house likes the garlic buttery crust, so I make sure to remove that option. Yet, it always makes its way onto my pizzas. I choose a pan pizza this last time because its supposed to be regular crust by default. I go pick it up....garlic butter crust. I think this will be my last order with Pizza Hut.

Went in for pick up and stood there for 10 minutes with no greeting. Then went to pay and they took 15 minutes to figure out my change on a cell phone calculator none the less. And even after checking it on a cell phone calculator they handed me back shorted change and i had to correct them. Was ridiculous and will never be back. Just over all horrible service for a 5 minute normal situation that turned into 25 minutes. Trash.
