Older staff helpful, yet took forever to enter a phone number, took my 88 year old grandma as this where she wanted to go. Horrible service and the lady kept asking my grandma to buy desert which she finally did. But my grandma is a diabetic and after asking her to stop she didnt until it was bought. Will never eat at this place again......ever. super pissed

Order was wrong. They did not offer me a free treat and my muffie and bagel were old and hard. I orders hot chocolate with the chocolate chip marshmallow online when I went to pick it up they said the marshmallows are inside. How do I know I actually got them. Why wouldnt they leave them separate? I will not be going back to this panera

Possibly the worst experience at a Panera in my entire life. The cashier mumbled some words as yelled at me for asking her to repeat. Apparently they have a new thing where they bring the food to you which I was unaware of, so when I went up to get my food the manager rudely told me to sit down. Definately never going there again.

My family and I loved the food we got but the service we received was horrible. One manager in particular named Andrea was very rude to us and her other employees. Shame on her.
