Hands down the worst Chipotle ever. Every time I go I promise myself I wont go back. Last night I was reminded why. I get in line and ther eare only two other people in the restaurant so not busy at all. The girl could not understand that I wanted a burrito and a burrito bowl. She places the wrap in the bowl at least 2 times before figuring it out. Once we got things going she had put everything on the burrito and started making the bowl. halfway through the bowl she sneezed all over all the ingredients, my bowl, and my burrito. She proceeded to turn take her gloves off and walk out of the restaurant without a word spoken. The manager then came up and started to continue my order. I had to tell him to remake the food because I didnt want her sneeze on it. From there I went to check out and the guy checking me out decided that it was a good time to go grab the girl bring her back to the register and educate her on walk-off protocol. Let me remind you that there was no one else in line and this could have waited 90 seconds. He didnt swipe my rewards card I gave him and immediately ran my payment. He only bagged my burrito and left everything out on the counter. He was still busy talking to his associate. I had to bag all of my food and come back to get the chips and dip that he had already forgotten about. Still continuing his conversation as these things were going on. I asked him if he had run my rewards card and he said no. He then informed me that since the transaction had been completed he couldnt run it and there was nothing he could/would do. I finally get out of there and when I get home the bowl and burrito had leaked all through my bag and onto my car seat. Seriously save the time and go to the one on High Street. The people are attentive and seem to actually care about what they are doing and the customers involved!

This has to be the worst single Chipotle in the entire chain. Forget that parking is a nightmare, the service and food is worse. Service: They are ALWAYS out of Chicken. Look, youre Chipotle. Your best seller is the chicken. There is no excuse for running out of chicken every single time during my 20min wait in line. Its not like some days you have 10x more customers than the next. Food: I love Chipotle. Ive been to over 20 in my life so far. I have never been to a Chipotle that is so stingy with their portions. No Rice. No Chicken. No Corn. When I finish my order, my meal barely ever reaches the lip of the bowl. I know everyone has portion anxiety when they order from a Chipotle, but this is on another level. I can literally go to any of the 3 Chipotles within 5 miles of me and get 25-50% more food. Look, Chipotle is awesome. The price is good. The food is good. Its the best value fast food in the country. The Chipotle on 5th and Northwest is by and far the worst one I have ever been to and I recommend you try to find another one if at all possible.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, how they remain so busy all the time is unknown to me. I never write reviews but I want to potentially save someone elses time and money by stating how terrible the parking, the service and quality of food here is. Dont get me wrong, I love chipotle as much as the next person and Ive had great chipotle and Ive had just okay chipotle but this has been plain awful every time Ive been. Skimpy bowls, undercooked chips, overcooked meat, flavorless rice, salsa that somehow doesnt even taste like salsa?, maybe a dozen parking spaces in a tight lot, and a group of workers who really couldnt care less about how quickly they work. Sucks because this location is only a few blocks from my house but Id much rather spend an extra 5 minutes to get to the Upper Arlington location that has way more parking, a friendlier staff, less busy and most importantly better food.

If it wasnt for this place being a corporation he will be shut down. I asked for the red hot sauce I was told there was nothing because they ran out in the truck didnt bring any. I feel threatened and bullied with the new staff. The food taste watered down if thats possible to sum it up it was gross. The employees were arguing with other customers ahead of me the manager was nowhere to be seen until I requested one. He had to send one staff member to the back because of her hostile and threatening remarks towards me oh because I asked for for not to discuss out loud with other employees why I did not want raw looking fajita in my burrito. The manager tried to help but he had a very rowdy crew! I felt the need to apologize for asking for certain items to protect myself from being beat up in the parking lot by the employees. Never again will I step foot in this location.

In comparison to the plethora of Chipotle experiences I have had in my life, my experiences at the Grandview location are consistently the worst. The service is slower than molasses. The portions are often small. When you order online for pickup, the order is not often ready at the designated time. I have ordered online at numerous locations in my life, and other locations are always on time. It is truly a shame their service is so poor, because I have to go to the Short North location which is further away from my house. If they want a new manager to run the shop for them I would certainly be glad to do so if it meant improving the Chipotle brand and the customer experience for Grandview residents.

They definitely short you on guac compared to other locations. Staffing is hectic. Went there once and it was clearly one experienced person on the register and a bunch of newbies on the line and in the back. Poor kids didnt know what 86 meant. One girl was calling 86 on mild (86 is a common restaurant/kitchen term) and the kids in the back just kept yelling that they didnt know what they meant. Girl on the line didnt know which meats were which. Youve got to train these kids before putting them on the clock at dinner rush! And definitely not staff the kitchen with new hires on a busy night. Also parking is awful, but thats not really their fault. Its a good as they couldve made it with the space.

I ordered a steak burrito with guacamole and other toppings and the woman who was wrapping it stirred the ingredients together on top of the tortilla using 2 plastic salsa lids for 3 minutes, turning it into a mushy glob that looked disgusting. She said it helped her to wrap it, but she didnt do it to the other one that I ordered. I almost asked for my money back on the spot, and should have. When I got it home 5 minutes later it was cold and the entire thing had a very unappealing mushy texture. I have been going to chipotle for years and have never seen this before. I only ate half and threw the rest away. So disappointing. The chips were also stale. Whats going on at this location?
