Its generally like every other Chipotle. This specific one in Marion isnt terrible. Staff is great, service is speedy even on their busier days (usually weekends). The only reason why I cant give this location 5 stars is because the way the steak is cooked is inconsistent. Some days, its perfect. Juicy, medium-rare. Other times, its dry and filled with gristle. But Im also picky when it comes to steak, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

This is the smallest Chipotle Ive been in. Luckily, I had to take it to go because I was just on a quick break from work. The music was too loud, I couldnt hear the employees and felt like I was yelling my order. Also, I must be spoiled by my local Chipotle because they did not give me nearly as much steak and beans as I get at home. I wont stop at this location again, it was disappointing.

I from Upper Sandusky and was in town today around 1:30ish. I stopped to grab lunch before I got on 23. The store was busy. I was so impressed with the employees positive attitudes and smiles . Also good team work you all! I think my wait was five minutes or less. High five to you all. Keep up the good work. Oh and by the way my burrito bowl was delicious!!!

This Chipotle is by far the best one weve been to! The employees are super friendly, the food is always fresh, and the managers do their best to get out to the dining area to greet their guests and check in on the food to see if its up to standards! We love this Marion, OH location and will continue to bring our business there... nearly every day!!

Ripped my burrito, I then had to wait for him to make someone elses food before he would rewrap mine, though Id already paid and it was a family of 4 he waited on. Got home 10 min later, BOTH shells ripped in the bag because the tortillas were stale and the burrito is barely passable for luke warm.

stopped by around 7pm tonight - disappointed that they forgot to order enough "bowls" for burrito bowls & we had to get regular burritos. Service was EXTREMELY slow & we waited in line for almost 15 minutes. Well be back but not if they continue with this stuff.

Disappointed me and my sister went in there and we were lookin at the menu and there was none that we liked and were mexicans and we seriously didnt see any real mexican food So we walked out!

Dirty. Employees were joking with each other not paying attention to customers walking in. My burrito was wrapped twice because they were having problems. Triple wrapped with tin foil :)

The employees are lost. They get in each others way, make you feel rushed when ordering and they are forgetful during your order. The new queso dip, not good. It is gritty in texture.

Horrible service and they were out of chips and other things. 20 minutes till they closed and they were unloading a supply truck in front of the main door and didnt want to serve us.
