Drove 4 hours to see friends an family with Clay walker band. First was told my VIP passes wouldnt work because " thats for clay" we have our own 175.00 charge for VIP that is seperate. At which would have been NICE to know prior to the drive!! Then I was told ask this person an that person an None of ur staff knew what the hell was going on. So after being laughted at as for being family of the entertainment. I was able to reach Clay an Terry so they came out an got me. Then im told i cant sit at the VIP table in not VIP an need to leave once again ran back out. Called Terry brought back in. So then I went to get a plate of food. An the same person who ran me out the first time came straight over to me an took the plate out of my Hand an said this is for VIP, Idk who said u can be here but u cant an she threw the plate of food away. At this point in LIVID. Terry heard her from across the deck, an came over. After that I did ultimately get to hand w them an see the show. I have worked many Venues an attended many I have Never in my life been treated so bad. I can tell you these issues have been discussed w everyone. An i can Assure you Never again will we be participating with anything remotely that involves JD Ledgends

Would never expected this much Headache for a 8 yr olds Birthday party Not enough lanes to accompany the guests Why even ask how many are you expecting if you dont mention to state 5 to a lane or that Saturdays are league nights or that there is a real possibility that not all will get to bowl. Not to mention the Manager had zero people skills lacked in Customer Service and told us his hands where tied there was league taking up all the other lanes which was a LIE the family next to us were bowling for fun and came for Happy hour. Not to mention I never recieved the smoothies and everything I did recieve I had to ask for or inquire about why we didnt recieve it And they say Youll recieve A Party Host. A joke. Plus no one ever turned on the cosmic lights like previously discussed wgile putting down the deposit on the party plus more in which at that time it was No issue but apparently it was because it never occurred For sure lacking in the FOLLOW THROUGH which is crazy because I have Attend numerous events/concerts without an issue I guess my daughters once in a lifetime 8TH BIRTHDAY WASNT A BIG ENOUGH EVENT TO CARE ABOUT. Mean while word of mouth travels fast.

FRANKIN, OHIO WELL..... IM A BIT UPSET!!! LAST YEAR WE HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING 2 LANES (AND MIND YOU THE WHOLE NIGHT THEY WERE DEAD) LAST YEAR FOR NEW YEARS.. WE ENDED UP PLAYING THREE GAMES (WELL INTO THEIR SO CALLED DEAL"NEW YEARS PACKAGE" WITH THEIR HORRIBLE PIZZA MIND YOU) AND LIKE I SAID NO ONE WAS THERE... SO I CALL TONIGHT JUST TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE WE CAN DO THE SAME AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE ONLY TAKING PACKAGE DEALS!!!! WELL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! SOOOO UPSET! AND I VISIT OFTEN! ESPECIALLY VOLLEYBALL SEASON.. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!! OHHHH AND ON A SIDE NOTE THAT I NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT UNTILL NOW BECAUSE HOW THE OWNER HAS HANDLED THIS... THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND THEIR "SO CALLED" VIDEO GAMES NEVER WORK OR PLAY!

Terrible place. Went to watch jamey johnson and some drunk guy tried to start a fight with my buddy. I told my buddy to let it go and walk away. Next thing i know their security kicked us both out. They wouldnt listen to anything people were aying to them about the drunk guy causing problems. Anyways i asked why i got kicked out and they said because i was involved. I told them that i didnt even say a word to the guy bit just told my buddy to chill and walk away. They said i shouldnt have done that too bad. Lost $40 on a concert that was just starting. I guess thats what you get when you pay minimum wage security with little man syndrome. Will never go back again!

This past Sunday we held our companys Employee & Family Bowling Event at JD Legends Entertainment Complex. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our event needs. They were quick and efficient in retrieving bowling balls caught in gutters and correcting minor screen freezes. Children were able to participate with their families and the food (pizza) they served for our event was very well prepared. If youre looking for a family friendly and fun environment for your next company outing we highly recommend checking out JD Legends Entertainment Complex.

Love it. We bowl there once in awhile, and have seen a few concerts. Toes in the sand, lots of people watching, good music, a beautiful summer night, and cold beer. Higher prices during events should be expected. How much is a beer at a reds game or other concert venue? Thats just part off the experience. I had a small issue with a bartender at one of the shows. The manager took care of me. He was accommodating, gracious, and good natured. Very appreciated. Its gonna be a looooong winter, but I cant wait to see who they book for 2017. Keep it up, JDL!

If youre looking for a place for birthday parties and summer concerts, this is the place! The staff has always been amazing and go above and beyond expectations. My son has had his birthday here the last 4 years. This summer was the first time Ive been to a concert at the venue. I was very surprised how much I enjoyed it. We talk about it all the time and constantly tell our friends about it. Im hoping to get my hands on a pass for next year! Thank you for looking out for the best interest of your customers and keeping prices resonable!!

paid $189 for my 8yr old birthday party that was not good at all. we had to ask for pretty much everything, waited over an hour for the pizza. we scheduled a party for 20 kids and when we arrive are told that we only had 2 lanes available and a max of 5 kids per lane. Worst part was that we were shrugged off by the staff after expressing our concerns. I would be very hesitant if you are planning to have a party there.

I was hear as a coach driver. Its tough with two buses and trailers to load in because you need to shuffle them around. No shore power either. The staff was great, the facilities looked good, and my lunch salad good too. However I thought their Buffalo wings were terrible. This place has a few bars, bowling alley, inside small stage, outside larger stage, and lots of parking. Definitely a cool place to visit.

This used to be a favorite hangout so long ago. Me, my brother, and our crazy friends :) we had a blast back then and I hear it has only gotten better through the years! I recently searched the website looking for a fun place to have my children and my boyfriends children meet each other for the first time. Jd Legends will definitely be at the top of the list! Hoping to change my 4 stars to 5 very soon!
