This is a combo store for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins, so they wont have the full 31 flavors, but they did have a lot to choose from. Went here on Fathers Day (also my Dads birthday) to get his free birthday ice cream scoop. Not sure why others say there were only 6 flavors, there were definitely at least 20. The staffer was friendly, helpful, and sweet, but she was the only one working that day - for the entire store, including drive thru. Seems like there may be a management issue, but the ice cream was good and she was doing the best she could by herself.

The absolute worst customer I have ever had anywhere. My mother and I got off of work and went through their drive-thru for ice cream. We sat there for more than a minute before a young woman came in over the speaker with an attitude. I ordered a small mint chocolate chip shake and my mother went to order her cone but the young woman interrupted her with "Umm, we have 6 minutes until close". We said, can we make it a cone then (thinking that maybe they had already cleaned the machine) to which she responded, "Yeah. 6 minutes, sooooooo...".

Terrible ! First off what kind of ice cream shop WONT SELL ICE CREAM??? BECAUSE your new and "not trained" on any ice cream so yu cant sell any at all? Gtfoh ! Thats rediculous ! I am very very unhappy with the service and I can not believe I couldnt get ANY ice cream at a baskin Robbins because you dont know how to train your workers to sell it. NEVER GO HERE ! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IVE CAME AND LEFT WITH NOTHING!!! SHUT IT DOWN !!

My husband brought home a hand-packed quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge ice cream today and it was only 3/4 full with lots of air pockets all around it and on top. We were definitely cheated and didnt get what we paid for but we live 15 miles away so it doesnt pay to bring it back. A very unhappy customer!!!

This one had 6 flavors and we came in for the Reece peanut butter shake from the commercial, the machine was down. We came back 2 days later and the person working didnt know what it was. Couldnt order it.

Came in to get my birthday scoop. Chose the Superman and the employee told me it tastes like clay. That alone shows the terrible customer service this place has. Dont think Ill be back, ever.
