The setting is great for a quick visit, small but cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they make the cones fresh while you wait. I had the cookies and pie and it was good, but I will probably try a different flavor next time. Ice cream is a little on the softer side but still has the rich flavor of ice cream (not like soft serve). Would recommend!

Hello Honey has great, homemade ice cream! I got the chocolate malt ice cream with a toasted, homemade marshmallow on top. The combo is just awesome! You really taste the flavors rather than straight sugar or cream. I definitely suggest their ice cream if youre downtown at Fountain Square or the Aronoff Center...its just a block away!

It was a good, but not great flavor (Cookies & Pie). The temperature of the ice cream was too warm for my liking. It was just shy of soft serve consistency. I like my ice cream really cold and firm. For homemade ice cream, I prefer Sweet Tooth in Newport or Schneiders Sweet Shop in Bellevue. Better value for the money too.

Listen, Graters makes very good ice cream. No doubt about it. But, if you want truly original ice creams and other deserts, you need to go to Hello Honey. Its the best ice cream in the city. Other ice cream is very good, but this is the best. Hello Honey>Graeters>Algamesis>Homemade

Really creamy icecream and awesome waffle cones. You can taste the richness in every bite. They have some really unique flavors, Honey-Lavender , brown butter Caramel...etc. which ever flavor you get, you can taste premium ingredients. Well worth a visit.

The ice cream is really good. The waffle cones are the best I have ever had. They make them fresh when you order. They are still hot when you get your cone. Yummy!

The brown butter caramel ice cream is phenomenal. If you dont get a torched marshmallow on top of your ice cream, youre doing it wrong. The staff is very nice.
