Hello, I have been at this location for several, several years. I would give this of location 5 stars a year ago. The last two times I have been there had been very disapointing with the ice cream preparation. I ask for almonds and for cashews. I ask for 2 scoops of almonds and one scoop of cashews. I am very clear on that and told the girl to please put the ingredients measurements correctly. I will pay whatever l is needed as long as I get what I need in my cup. But to please do it correctly. The first time I did not get half of the ingredients as times before. I told the cashier I was not happy and left. The second time I told the cashier what had happened before and explain to her that I wanted the correct measure put in my ice cream. To my surprice this was worse than the first time. The very young kid doing my ice cream only put 2 pieces of almonds and one piece of cashew in it. I was-- at this point-- no longer disappointed at the ice cream parlor but at the inability of millennials to comprehend directions or taking pride of doing a good job. This had nothing to do with a kid being good- they all are good- It has to do with what they are now and how they affect businesses. I see it also at my job. Millenials seem to be out of touch with what jobs require if them. Sense of urgency, sense of pride, beimg proactive, etc. It is an epidemic and a couple of those millennials work at this store. I know, I know, NOT all millenials were created equal. Of course not!! It just happen that I seem to find them a lot, ay work, ay the movies, at syores and they are here to stay and continue with what our forefathers created for us!!!! That is why I was nice yo give 3 syars this time. Until someone teaches them the difference between two scoops and two almonds they wont get five stars. To be fair, "customer service is always good" smiles, thanking you for the purchase. Product quality, etc. is good just as well. It is the END result the one that needs to be reviewed, satisfaction of what I had ordered. Thanks, Vero Frew

In my 30+ years of dealing with the public Ive never experienced the rudeness of a person that should be better trained. We took our granddaughter to the Square on Saturday to have some fun and went in to get her a ice cream cone. We waited which seem like forever, while the manager was training another person. She never acknowledged us, as we sat there or apologize for the delay. She was training another person. I hope the new person didnt pick up on that part of the training. ( neglect a paying customer) We ordered a kiddie cone and the bill came to $4.60 when I asked her about the price because it said $3.40, she rudely said you had two flavors. Vanilla and strawberry. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake before and to my knowledge never paid for two flavors. But that wasnt the point, it was the condescending, rude response that shocked me. When I went back into get some napkins and she rudely told the person she was training to shut all the freezer doors. Wow I was shocked at how somebody could be in a management position and deal with the public like that. We wont be back anytime time soon, we will spend our money somewhere else where were greeted with a friendly smile and appreciated and talk to in a friendly manner We have always made a point to go to Sweet Streets when we visit the Square but after this incident will think twice.

Poor customer service. To keep this simple - we visited this place and were next in line; after waiting for 20 minutes, were skipped TWICE. There were 3 workers preparing the ice cream and 1 at the register. No one ever took our order but the customers that came in AFTER us were helped. Selena or Haley (the manager) Im sure saw that we were next as Selena looked at me as she asked if she could help the customers BEHIND me. Really? We decided to take our business to Coldstone in Kennesaw. I refuse to give my business to establishments with rude employees.

Great atmosphere and location. Very friendly staff too! I had never been there before and the girl behind the counter was happy to tell how they served and how to order what I wanted. I got chocolate frozen yogurt with mint chips and rasberrys and it was CRAZY good. I assumed I would get about a 2-scoop sized portion when ordering in a cone but when she handed the monstrosity over the counter to me I thought for certain my earn would give out before I was done eating. It was huge! Ill definitely be frequenting this place from now on. Highly recommended!

You will never see any ice-cream shop with this much variety. Their flavored ice-creams are made fresh. I ordered a vanilla and Nutella (a hazelnut chocolate spread) ice-cream and they literally mixed the fresh Nutella with the vanilla right in front of me and handed me a massive portion size. This is my favorite ice-cream shop in all of Georgia.

I enjoyed my experience. The bananas used in my ice cream were were too ripe, but once I got past that, I actually enjoyed it.
