You want a Banana Royale? Sounds fancy and luxurious. The picture showing perfectly cut bananas, caramel sauce, cookie crumbs, all surrounding 3 mountainous lumps of vanilla ice cream. Sorry to inform, but you will be receiving the Banana Peasant, with 2 lumps of boring vanilla and 5 banana medallions. No sauce. No crumbles, no Royale. Also, if you enjoy doughnuts,To your delight, this establishment is also attached to a Dunkin Doughnuts. The doughnuts themselves are publicly displayed.... outside of the building sitting 20 feet near dumpster. Its okay though. To my chagrin, they were covered on a speed-rack with saran-wrap so that my "taste of Marietta" swiftly thwarted. I do enjoy the taste of a dry doughnut infused with the aromas of the street. Flavours such as: Rattus norvegicus, Blattella germanica, and the musk of our fellow Urban Outdoorsmen. How long do they sit outside to marinate in the turbulent plethora of noxious aromas? Its a mystery as they were left unattended and shunned from the building like John Snow was from Lady Starks heart.

To give them one star is cutting them some slack. That was the worst experience I have ever had. They forced us to go through drive thru and decide on what we wanted with no flavor menu in the drive thru they didnt have any thing we wanted and the lady was getting impatient with us because we didnt know what we wanted. Then when we asked her what flavors there were she just stared blankly at me and said we have 31 flavors. Really...I know that, what kind are there...then when ever we asked for a flavor they either were out or it was discontinued. I finally decided after all this to get a banana split only to find out they were out of bananas. No excuses for this terrible store and their horrible service. Will not be returning

The worst place and there is a woman is acting badly with people. I went with my wife there and the door was closed,while it is 24h. I also saw people were eating inside. There is a man saw us trying to enter the store, and he allowed us to enter. However, the woman told us to go out and we just wanted to ask her a question we couldnt. They sould respect people.

I hate to give this place a 2 star review on just 1 experience. However they did not have strawberry or chocolate ice cream and is the hottest day-of Spring. The lady who took my order acted as if this was normal and assumed it wasnt a big deal. Seems to have poor management with little expectation from team members

This is the second night in a row where they have been out of bananas for a banana split. Honestly think they are just to lazy to make anything that requires actual work. Such bad service and lazy employees. Avoid this locatione at all costs.

They are not 24 hour like they advertise. I was there at 10:30pm on a Saturday night and they were closed. First rule of customer service dont false advertise.

What a waste of time. Not open 24 hours as others have mentioned. Employees quit around 9 and smoke cigs outside, staring down anyone driving close- see photo.
