I been employed at this location for about 3 months. With in that 3 months I have seen the most nasty things done with and to the Ice cream. From employees playing in it with the hand touching all the mix-in people have to eat. Not properly cleaning sealing frost bite cake. Underserving ice cream, management Bre, Rebecca, Blake not only influence there crew members not to properly clean but they are all under trained. The things that goes on behind the counter before and after opening and closing, I dont feel as if its safe to eat there yet alone they dont know how to treat there employees. I have been with the company over 6 six year this is by far one of the worst stores I have ever worked. Blake which is the owner have no idea what he doing at cold stone and leave a nasty taste in my mouth. I used to love eating cold stone everyday since I been here I cant enjoy it. The store needs a new owner and employees. I have seen Blake lie to the RDO about the things that goes on in the store. in addition, Blake half ass fixes thing the stone has been dripping water and pouring out into lobby his best respond is to turn the water off although it leave a nasty smell there is mold under the stone, they dont clean everything half ass washing dishes always running out of ice cream and mix ins. The store needs help.

Coldstone is my favorite ice cream chain...but this is my least favorite location. It seems as if something is always wrong there. The debit card machine was down for several months a while back, they are usually under staffed for peak hours, the tables are always dirty/sticky and tonight they decided to close and hour early tonight. Its a Sunday night, the weather is beautiful and my family was excited about being treated to ice cream. I checked the website before leaving home and saw the closing time listed as 10pm. We loaded the family into to car and arrived at 9:05pm to find the doors locked with several customers inside, lots of disappointed customers outside and a handwritten note taped to the door that said they were closing at 9pm. Once again...another wasted trip to this particular Coldstone location. I really wish someone would open a better managed Coldstone nearby so that my family and I could enjoy the ice cream that we love so much.

I am from out of town and every time I am in Smyrna I always visit and its super clean when I go and the entire staff is so great always with a smile on their face. People love to bash a business when things dont go their way such as when someone gets fired or the ice cream is soft or they dont have your flavor. We must realize these things are man made and liable to break down at any given moment, therefore dont blame the Employees at these places its not their fault. Please understand that they are just as irritated as you are because they have to make do with what they have And at the same time trying to please the customers. When people lose their jobs the first thing they do is leave a bad review. Grow up. First of all theres a reason why you dont work there anymore so tell that! Guys keep up the good work. Love your icecream and the atmosphere.

Let me start off by saying this place is in a cute area in the suburbs of Atlanta. The ice cream itself was good. Thats where the pros end and and the cons begin. When we first opened the door, we got hit in the face with the smell of sour milk. There was a sign from management asking for people not to be on their phones while they order. And the tip jar was labeled "gas money". There was also an employee that had her 3 year old daughter running around outside the entire time we were there. (Which was well over a half hour) Management or corporate needs to step in because this was just an overall horrible experience, and from the looks of it... that wont be changing any time soon.

The service was lacking. One of the Two employees had her daughter with her. The door I tried to enter was locked to keep the little girl from walking out. The girl was clinging to her moms leg while she was trying to work. One of the employees purse was on the counter in the place where the toppings go. Neither of the employees uniforms fit correctly one was filthy. I watched several customers enter and leave without anything. Not to mention, the manager was on her cell phone while 4 people stood in line to get ice-cream and there were no ice-cream cones nor waffle cones. This place used to be so much better!

Everyone knows Coldstone Creamerys ice cream is 5 STARS. However, this location gets a 0 in customer service. This will be the last time i visit this location in particular until they improve their staffs customer service. You have one job and that is to serve ice cream!!! If you cant do that with a smile on your face then this isnt the job for you IMO. The girl with the red hair and nose ring is very ride to say the least. She got an attitude while making my pregnant significant others ice cream and proceeded to tell me they had NO chocolate ice cream at 6 in the afternoon when they didnt close until 11.

Great place! For those complaining about it running out of ice cream: please keep in mind this location is right off a busy intersection. They get crowded quickly, especially during the summer time. Also, to the man complaining about one of the workers sexuality, quit being trifling. Next, please know the definition of "drag" before you attempt to insult someone. Lastly, dont discriminate simply because you dont agree. Just take your business elsewhere.

Came to this location twice. I love the dunwoody location, but this vinnings one is a different story. They were out of 8 of the flavors and the vanilla flavor that i was obliged to get was not even frozen, it was more like a milkshake. The server kept rolling her eyes as well. The worst part was when I started eating it, the icecream was runny and the toppings where not broken up so i had whole peanut butter cup and butterfinger bars in there.

Worst ice cream place ever! When we walked in it smells like dirty trash sitting around. Then I noticed my husbands ice cream had hair in it go back in the get a refund and the 3 girls behind the counter are trying to figure out whos hair it is no one apologized at all! No hairnets or gloves were worn as well as not one of then washed their hands between fixing orders and ringing up customers! Very unprofessional and unhealthy!

The ice cream wasnt kept cold enough and was melting in the case! Also the girl working had a very "I dont care" attitude. Somebody brought the workers daughter to her after we had already gotten our ice cream and she was playing with her daughters hair and immediately went and made people ice cream who just walked in! Didnt wash her hands and didnt use gloves! Grossed me out. Probably wont be back to that location.
