So i ordered some food online for me and my coworkers on December 12th 2016. They couldnt get a driver out probably because of the weather and i couldnt leave work to go pick it up. My money was to be put back on my card ($26.99). I was told because its a depit card it would take 7_10 buisness days well its way pass 10 days and still my money hasnt been put back on my card. The last time i called i was told the owner would give me a call because he is the one that handles those transactions, im still waiting. Its been well over a month and i still havent gotten my money back. Everytime i call the store and speak to the manager they tell me they cant do anything, its the owner who does those transaction so i need to wait for a call from him. So Mr owner please give me a call i paid for food i didnt get and would like my money back.

I truly enjoy Guys Pizza but this is NOT the first time that I have not been able to place an order because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! The phone rings and rings and then you hear "answering machine off". Then you try and call back and the line is busy. I really wish that this place would hire some reliable help! They have great pizza, I love their salads and my boyfriend really likes the Guyzone. Well I guess Pizza Hut wins out again! Sorry Guys but keep doing this and we are going to stop trying to give you our business.

The first two times I have ordered food from here, for the office, my experience was fair. Today I call and there was no answer, so naturally I waited knowing that they get busy. I call back, no answer... when I try a third time a young boy answers the phone and puts me on hold to only hang up on me. I called back (I just want pizza) I asked for a manager, hoping to get some better service. I was hung up on, again. I have lost interest in even trying to get food from here at this point. Terrible service!

So the reason why its getting 2 stars is the timing. I have a meeting at 2:00 today so I ordered lunch at 11:30. The goal was that I would have enough time to eat and get ready. It is currently 12:42 and my food has still not arrived. By the time it gets here, I will have to put it in the fridge and pray that its still there when I get home. I loved their food when I was in high school which is why I decided to give it a go today. Theyre definitely more suited to carry out than delivery.

Your employees do not know how to read notes. order a quesadilla double decker with specific instructions not to put any garnish on it. When I received it, the quesadilla was loaded with lettuce and tomatoes. I called the store and the woman there had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to pick off the garnish and get refunded. I told her I wanted a new quesadilla made correctly. this review would have been one star if not for the delivery drivers speedy redelivery and positive attitude

If I could give a zero- I would! Placed an order online and saw my delivery time was 9; Mind you I placed the order at 7. I tried to call them multiple times and phone was disconnected. After 20 minutes of calling- I was informed they only had one driver and my food would take 2 hours to deliver. I cancelled my order but was told that since I paid online with a credit card- I would have to wait until the next day for the person who can authorize returns/credits to cards.. WHAT A JOKE!

I order some food at 7 something and it said it would be here at 8:15 my kids are freaking starving and Ill called this place twenty times and gets a busy signal whats up with this business this is my first time ordering I hope this food is great for me having to wait and not even get through a phone line I hope I dont understand hire somebody to answer the phone this is out of control

Guys pizza use to be good and they use to use fresh dough i just ordered a cowboy burger and texas bbq pizza for $25 bucks!!!! And the only thing that is even edible are the french fries that came with this gross frozen burger patty and each piece of chicken on the pizza is gross and chewy like its all grisle this place has went down hill over the years its really sad

Horrible service- was on hold for 10 minutes and then after placing my order I was told 2 hours for delivery because they didnt have a driver... WHY NOT TELL ME THAT AT THE BEGINNING WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY.. This place has gone down hill.. Food is always crap- pizza is never cooked all the way through.. this was my last straw with GUYS.

Staying in downtown Cleveland and ordered from my hotel. Cant be sure of the location but if all of the restaurants have the same pizza, you cant go wrong. Soooo yummy! Definitely better than chain pizzas and sauce was delicious.

I placed an order at this location and they told me an hour ,which was fine considering that it was a Friday. After 1 1/2 hours u made 22 attempts to contact them with NO success and two hours later my order arrives.

The food was great the first time I ordered but the second time the dough is not even done when I pulled it apart it was like uncooked pancakes mix I had to put it back in the oven myself

Great pizza but slow service. I used to love the $5 pizzas but now you get a small 4 slice pizza for $5. Again, wonderful pizza , sometimes worth the wait
