I had a very unpleasant experience, I orders a steak sandwich, I explained that I dont eat rare meat, so i change may order to a steak with white cheese. When I bit into the sandwich it was not only rare, but it was dropping either blood or enzymes. I took the sandwich back because I was unable to eat it.the manager argued back a foreward with me saying I couldnt get a refund base on me not liking how the sandwich was served. She insisted that I get another type of sandwich, I explained, I wanted steak, so we argue some more,because she still refuse to give me a refund. I then asked for the number to the corporate office, she gave me her store number instead. She says there Was no corporate office number, which I finds very hard to believe! I am a business owner my self and even I have people I have to answer to!

I would like to said that I do enjoy going into Panera, the smell of the freshly baked bread is divine. However, all of that goes out of the window, when I purchased a weak cup of coffee. What do I mean, have you ever tasted a cup of coffee that is mostly hot water with a little coffee favor. Not a great experience! I spoke to the manager (from my office) and was told " perhaps the machine is shooting out more water then coffee". Never once offering to replace the bad cup of coffee. I feel, good business principles may be a thing of the pass. My day is shot!!! By a bad cup of coffee.

My steak, egg, and cheese bagel was fantastic other than the pubic hair that came with it. I also ordered a fruit cup that contained some mushy, inedible grapes and spoiled cantaloupe at the bottom that I tasted and spit out since I found out the hard way. The bathroom smelled pretty awful and my food almost came back up even though I was in there only momentarily to wash my hands. The staff was actually great which is why I gave two stars instead of none but most of the rest of my experience there was nauseating and forgettable. I wont be back.

Have eaten breakfast at this Panera multiple times, as well as lunch and dinner. The food is pretty good (typical Panera fare, no real difference). Each time I went for breakfast, I was able to get their souffles, which I enjoy. I have never had any issues here. However, if you end up walking in at the wrong time for lunch, CWRUs classes may have just changed and there may be many, many students standing in line. If this is the case, ordering online will reduce your wait time by a significant amount. CWRU students: they do take CaseCash.

Terrible customer service. During my recent visit the only ice machine available for the public was broken. A dirty gallon sized container with a measuring cup was placed on the counter for anyone to scoop ice out of. Not sanitary and disgusting. I asked the general manager that was serving food for a cup of ice and she snapped "theres ice right over there"... Not professional. If your ice machine is broken, have cups of ice behind the counter and give to the customer as they order. Will not be back.

The food here is standard Panera fare. The chocolate chip cookies are, as always, phenomenal. The seating upstairs is cozy, and they have "fireplaces" during the winter. The service, however, tends to be slow, even though the staff is clearly rushing. One more hire would improve the place. Also, you basically have to bus your open table, which bothers me.

Ive only had an incorrect order once, and when I did the manager corrected it for me the next day and ever since hes made sure sure its always perfect..no complaints, its clean, theyre friendly, its a welcoming environment.not overly busy/slow...probably could be a tad bit more professional/appearance oriented, but the food is fine.

I love the crew that work at this location. They are friendly and remember their customers. Management however, are standoffish and talk down to their employees. Especially the woman manager. The pastry display is very carefully and artistically cared for. I would say Ive had 95% pleasant experiences there. Smile!

Terrible service, bad attitude and no sense of urgency. Also didnt bother telling customers they were out of soups until they waited to pay and got to the food counter. Then could choose a different soup or go wait in line again for a refund. Not the Panera Im used to at all.

Ate here twice today. Came for breakfast, got lost in work, stayed for lunch. Nice atmosphere, I didnt have any problems with the staff - they were actually very attentive. I liked the split level layout of the restaurant, very good light, and they even had the fireplace on.

A good locale wasted on a terrible staff. No customer service skills. Unprofessional. The food was meh. And no one seems to want to work there. I dont know whos running this place but they need to hire on some better, more motivated workers. I WILL NOT go there again.

Rude employees who gossip and then serve the wrong order. It takes 5 minutes just to get someones attention to order. Also, cleanliness is definitely a question. I would take the bus to any other surrounding paneras instead of this one if I had the time.

You cant blame the work crew when the manger is evil. I was given a incomplete sandwich in which I return to only be hand another incomplete sandwich. Ive never knew it to be that difficult to make a sandwich. Dont waste your time at the location

Average Panera food with below average service. Called in an order for pick-up, get there at pick-up time and "they havent started the order yet". Good thing I called ahead so I can maximize my in-store wait time...good thing...

Some of the slowest service Ive ever dealt with. One person ahead of me and it still took 20 minutes to wait for a sandwich: "sorry we are out of Turkey, do you want chicken on your Turkey cranberry flatbread"
