I wouldnt even give this place one star. I had my birthday party there because I had been to an amazing Chinese buffet not long before and I was very excited to try this one. My whole family came and as soon as we sat down it was automatically a bad experience. Our waitress was rude and stood by our table for the majority of our time there, making us feel slightly uncomfortable. She gave us attitude when we asked for new water because there were gnats in almost every single one of our cups! (ew!!) after we got some drinkable water, we went up to get some food. The food was disgusting, cold, and barely edible. The chicken was so hard to chew my jaw hurt after one bite. The place was not clean and I believe every single bad review on here saying they found bugs, worms, hair, etc in their food. All of the staff were rude and the food was disgusting and the price was not good. I would not reccomed this place to someone who is starving. The food might kill ya before your hunger does. If you want a clean Chinese buffet with good service and AMAZING food, go to Twin Dragon buffet and grill in West Chester Township Ohio I was extremely impressed with the food and cleanliness there the staff was nice and they had so many options (and an ice cream bar!!) if its far away from you its worth the drive. The staff is very friendly too! But back to the point - NEVER EAT AT THIS NASTY BUFFET THAT RUINED MY BIRTHDAY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

We had been going there for a few years now. Its a hit or miss kind of buffet. If something is not right, the management does not seem to care very much. The quality control is almost non existent. Especially the crab legs. Sometimes the crab legs are covered in some kind of dirty muck.Apparently, some suppliers do not wash the legs before shipping. Its nasty and makes you want to walk out. Other times, like last night, the crab legs are not cooked properly and the meat will not come out of the shell, making it more trouble than its worth. Complaints to the manager dont change anything. They dont even say their sorry. Like french fries and catsup, the melted butter concoction that is served has to taste halfway like butter for the crab legs to be enjoyed. At times it tastes like just vegetable oil, making the trip a mistake. And recently, they decided to ad slivers of some dark green leave to the fried rice that burns your mouth even after you spit it out. How hard is it to make fried rice? The waitresses are nice and efficient. Taking everything into account, Im going to keep looking for an other Chinese restaurant that is more professional. I would rather pay more and know that Im going to have a good time. After all, thats why you go out for dinner.

When we arrived the hostess greeted us by saying, "Are you here to eat or play?". Our glasses were left empty the entire time we were there. They took our silverware away from us so we couldnt eat (we ate two small plates). They charged us $26.95 for two buffets. They didnt take my money until we left so I couldnt get my change. Ive never been treated so poorly by a restaurant before. This is by far the WORST customer service Ive ever encountered. Whats the matter with these people? Theyre obviously snickering about the customers in Chinese and judging by the way theyre talking coupled with the way those words sound its probably insulting. Ive filed a complaint with the better business bureau about this so hopefully we can see the doors of this place shut for good. If they show as much disdain for the customers in the dining room I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. The food isnt fresh and often sits out for a while. Do not eat here. Do NOT eat here. There are all kinds of other nice oriental places you can go that will treat you much nicer.

The food is okay, but after a certain time the good gets soggy. They only put new food in the trays when its empty and who knows how long it could take for people to eat all food. The service is horrible. The drinks can stay empty for 15-20 minutes, but the plates get picked up right away.When I get up to get my food, the employees give me dirty looks. Who would want to eat at a buffet where the workers constantly are giving them dirty looks. Personally, I think it is outrageous to charge 15% tip after 5 people, which they consider a party. After we were done eating, we paid the bill with the 15% tip. In the car we saw on the receipt that they charged 15% tip twice. the bill ended up to be $80. Ive been here a lot, but the service keeps getting worse. After this experience, I dont think I would like to eat there again. What a rip off! Everyone, save your money and go eat somewhere else that is cheaper, has better employees and service, and much better food. Ill start to come back when all 4 of those things have changed.

I arrived with my daughter and ex-wife and we were greeted with courtesy and seated quickly. I went during lunch at about 1:30 pm. There were quite a few people there and I also ran into a friend of mine. It is clean and has a nice atmosphere and smelled like good food. The food was fresh and really good tasting. The rice noodles were great along with the cooked clams. I had several other things and all were very good. They even had some sushi but only with cooked shrimp and imitation crab and vegetables. The only bad point I experienced is the General Tsos chicken tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. It was not spicy and lacked the garlic and ginger I am use to. It was good but not General Tsos. Maybe it was mislabeled I did not ask but definitely tasted like sweet and sour to me. Our waitress took very good care of us and refilled our drinks in a timely manner without needing to be asked. I will definitely go back as it was an overall good dining experience and I would recommend trying it..

This restaurant is absolutely horrible, I will never go here again for a few reasons. Number one, I have eaten here a few different times and usually feel queasy after leaving, or finishing my food. Their food is actually pretty gross and not very fresh, but thats just my opinion. More importantly, they really need to have a health inspector visit or something. Back in November, I ate their seafood, and some of their regular food, which was a mistake, because it was all I ate til the next day, I was sick. I kept getting sicker and sicker all day, vomiting, diarrhea, I had to go to the hospital eventually. I got horribly sick from food poisoning, and China Garden Buffet was all I had eaten. The thought of eating there again makes me sick, and I do not recommend eating there. Also, their chicken has always looked wrong to me. Also, my sister ate there with me that day and almost ate the seafood but didnt because she is pregnant. Thank god, that would have been awful.

Well there was a group of us 5 adults and 3 children they charge per the childs age my boyfriend found hair in his food was never apologized too for all of us to eat the my charged us over 100.00 charged us 15.00 for servicing us no refills I asked to pay before we ate they said no customer service horrible while your eating the staff sits and looks at you starts talking and laughing and playing on their phone what is nasty instead of going to a sink they have a bucket of old dirty soapy water to clean theyre hands and to clean the tables not happy and when we asked why the bill was soo much they got rude I have never felt soo disrespected and we asked what they were gonna do for the hair in the food she said not our fault not worth the money we paid never going back there again dont recommend this place ever they need a health inspection food hard and cold
