I have been to this location several times. Every time I hope it will get better. Most of the employees are rude and lack any customer service skills. When asked for a fork, the young guy acted as if it was a huge burden. The coffee is often out or several hours old. My biggest complaint is from this morning. Their mobile website said that offered a Tuesday Bakers Dozen Bagels for $6.99. I called the store and asked if I had to order online. They said no, I can come in for the same price. I arrived at the store and was told by the team lead and the GM that they will not honor the price. They refused to even acknowledge that the website has the special and DENIED THAT I TALKED TO SOMEONE. I had their local phone number in my phone as the last number dialed. Why would I make this up? Seems like a lot of trouble for me over $3 of savings. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything on this trip and will never return. They lost a customer of $3. The GM also had the nerve to tell me that she cannot even give me a one-time $3 discount. I know that is a lie. There are so many breakfast choices elsewhere so they may want to rethink their lack of customer service.

Probably one of the worst Panera Breads Ive been to. The staff isnt the problem, its the manager. I worked in the fast food chains for 5 years and this manager is probably one of the worst Ive seen. First, which this made me the most upset, he told the employee that was about to put more soup out for people to take it back and tell people "we are out of that soup". Guess what, it was my soup they were out of. Secondly, the BBQ chicken salad the manager made me was almost purely lettuce. The ratio was off compared to other paneras I go to. You might as well wait in the Piada and Chipotle line instead of trying to hurry and get food at this Panera.

Not one to complain at all but my wife and I just ordered Mac and cheese we got it cold and the noodles were hard. I asked if we could get new bowls that are warm they told me I had to microwave it. They would not give me a different bowl. I am easy to please when it comes to food but if Im paying $30 for some Mac and cheese I would at least like it warm!!!!!! As I walked away I hear a staff member mutter to another "I knew he would complain" so you know its not good but give it to me anyways? I love panera bread but this branch is a joke. What a poor way to run a business.

I came here an hour before close with my husband we both ordered a half Mac & cheese. When we received our food my mac & cheese was cold and the noodles were hard. My husbands was on the verge of cold and had hard noodles as well. When we took the food back to see what they could do the staff simple said we can microwave it ourselves. Way to go panara fresh food? I think not!

I love Panerai food. Would like the associates to be a little more accommodating and knowledgeable about their products. For example if they have a low calorie low fat latte the cashier doesnt know it. For the quality and price of the product the associates should take pride and interest in the product...not just "work there". I enjoy the food music free Wi-Fi and atmosphere

Not the greatest Panera ever. The food is what you expect from your typical Panera but the service quality is subpar. Most of the employees are not rude but they are not friendly either and can be mistake prone. To be brief I only come here when I run out of other options

Was there with my husband. Marissa, I believe the manager, very rudely asked us to leave while we were dining. We didnt realize they close at 8. I dont mind being told they are going to close. It was done very unprofessionally.

The service was good until they left my food on the counter and people were reaching g over and moving it around to get to their food. Management did have an attitude. If it was not for my 7 year-old, I would have left.

It was great! I came with 3 kids, and they were very nice and accommodating to us. The place is clean and there were lots of great choices! Best of all, the whole store is kosher which makes it even better!!

Not so fresh soups come in frozen and the chicken salad sandwich had very little chicken more nuts and grapes than anything which is fine if I had ordered a veggie sandwich, where is the chicken
